Amazing!Coming from a bodybuilder…. I have a metal plate in my left arm and struggle to advance on certain lifts ie dumbbell bench press as my left elbow isn’t as stable, I also get pain in the joint on any raise exercise and I can confirm after one training session these are amazing! I cannot recommend them enough for anyone that has an instability or just wants so extra back up for big lifts

I was suffering from acute elbow joint pain. I could hardly lift anything with my right arm. Ordered this elbow brace in a size medium after measuring per instructions. It came fast and fit perfectly. With ice treatments and use of this brace my elbow joint is feeling much better. Highly recommend! True to size and comfortable to wear.

Follow-up 1/20/24: a couple days after I posted this initial review a Nordic customer service rep contacted me to be sure my return went smoothly. In all the reviews I’ve posted I’ve never had this happen. I thought it was impressive on behalf of the manufacturer and assured them that it had.Initial review: Followed the sizing guide but way too small and quality was so-so. Returned and picked up a Shock Doctor elbow compression sleeve from Amazon that was amazing.

Item fits as described.. is a good neoprene product.. provides good compression.. just what I needed for my strained biceps tendon. I’d recommend this product and would purchase again. And- they have great customer contact and support! Can’t go wrong with this product!

I use them on heavy press days (chest, shoulders etc) they seem to help. I’ve had less elbow pain.

Ce n'est pas magique mais ça soulage tout de même, j'aurai pu mettre 4 étoiles au lieu de 5, les 2 notes me vont. Si certains se demandent pourquoi je ne les trouve pas magique c'est parce que j'ai du enlever la barre au front qui n'était pas adaptée à ma morphologie, les tendinites ne partaient pas et j'avais même à un moment 1 tendinite à chaque coude en même temps.

I’ve been using this elbow compression sleeve for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! The fit is perfect and snug without feeling too tight, and it provides excellent support for my elbow during workouts and throughout the day. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in discomfort from my tennis elbow, and I can now perform daily tasks and exercise without pain. The material is breathable, so I don’t feel too hot or sweaty even after extended use. It’s lightweight yet effective at offering the right amount of compression. Overall, I highly recommend this elbow compression sleeve for anyone dealing with joint pain or looking for extra support during physical activity!

I bought this pair of Nordic sleeves and a Kunto sleeve at the same time, for comparison shopping, and very quickly came to the conclusion that I MUCH prefer these Nordic sleeves. Their main advantage is the level of compression they provide. It takes some effort to slide it up your arm and into place, which is to be expected with true compression. And once it is there, it STAYS IN PLACE. I have tried the sleeve in a couple of different circumstances - drumming and weightlifting - and I find the sleeve to be comfortable and supportive the whole time I'm wearing it. More importantly, it provides relief! I can do both activities with less aggravation of my elbow tendon. And, after a while, I pretty much forget I'm wearing it. It is comfortable, supportive, provides warmth but breathes well, and stays where you want it. The only advantage that the Kunto sleeve had out of the box was that it was felt a little softer next to the skin. But this Nordic sleeve is slightly thicker, slightly less soft. It is more heavily constructed, and you can tell it was made to be used in real athletic activity without needing to compromise your movement. All in all, a winner! And my wife says it makes me look like I'm from the movie 'Tron' - what's not to love?
