These work great, I started feeling some discomfort in my elbow while working out and going heavy on arm day. These sleeves have made a huge difference. They are nicely made, pretty thick, durable material. I’ve only used them for about a week but I would highly recommend them!

Definitely made heavy duty. Fits well, not too tight where it cuts off circulation and not too loose where you're constantly having to readjust. I use one for weight training and keep the other on standby for other house chores that might need support.

Well made 5mm elbow wraps I measured for XL and it fit well. It’s a little cheaper than some other options but just as good

I have order multiple brands of elbow sleeves with little success of fit. These are great and fit as advertised. Stiff enough without binding. Only a 4 star due to a peer stitching at the top of one of mine, I believe it is not a reoccurring issues for those of you considering buying, just an outlier. Hopefully it will hold up for me.

As a powerlifter I need to maintain and manage elbow pain between sets particularly on squats and bench presses and these sleeves do a great job of doing that. The diameter of the sleeve gives me enough compression to restrict blood flow and keep the elbow, lower bicep and forearm warm while waiting for my next set. One minute before the lift, I remove the sleeves, set up and execute the respective movement without any noticeable discomfort.I recommend this product for any serious lifter.

I measured my arm according to the recommendation and the diagram describes my size as a medium which seemed very small to me. Since I kept reading reviews noting that they run small, I ordered the recommended size. It wasn't even close. I struggled to even get one on. It would be an incredibly uncomfortable experience to do anything in them as is. I'm returning them for a large size. Hopefully that will do the trick. These seem to be well made and aren't cheap. I'll update this review with the new size.Update: I received my large size sleeves. I bumped them up to 3 stars from 1. My issues come with the thickness of the material. They're a bit uncomfortable to use beyond a few exercises. I use them for a few specific exercises at the start of my workouts when I feel the most discomfort. After that, I put them away until the next workout. They have helped me get over some nagging elbow pain I've been experience which is great. Aside from the sizing and being a bit too thick, I'm happy with the purchase.

The sizing chart is a little off, I had to order one size larger than measurements. But they refunded money and sent a larger size very fast. These are SUPER COMFORTABLE. I use during workout with and without wraps PLUS they are great to just wear if bicep, tricep and/or elbow is sore. Highly recommend!
