This product I ordered a because I needed a new modem. This modem wasn't compatible with the phone jack and that's what I needed my modem to have as well.

I needed to call support to install this modem. I hope it never goes down. And I don’t understand how it is any more Alexa friendly than any other router. The speeds are the same as my old netgear, which I’m holding onto in case. So far, it’s just another modem. Beware the age of your equipment when you upgrade items like this. Backwards compatibility can be sticky.
