First things first for the price you can't expect the best. With that said, the outer shell is attractive and durable. If you measure the hangers correctly , the unit will hang perfectly. Take time with installation and make sure the water lines are routed correctly. Don't overtighten the waterlines.Just make them a little more than snug. The installation recommends that the shower had be ten inches above the tallest household person's head. I installed mine ten inches above my head and I am six foot tall. I am not impressed with the main diverter valve. It does not stop square with the unit when you select one of its functions. Also If you don't run tempered water to each of the showers spray functions, when you go to use it later, cold water will shoot out and freeze you momentarily. Again, it was $130.
