This would be a nice product only if it worked fully. We have bought three versions of this shower panel and each one has issues i.e., either the digital display doesn’t work, or it is too loud when running. I am disappointed. When trying to get a working model from the manufacturer it seems like guess work to see if the product fully works. Needs better quality control before selling.

I gave 2 star review before but didn’t realize the issue was on my end I didn’t properly install the panel. They helped me figured out the issue and also sent me part and instruction on installing it correctly. Once I followed their instruction, The panel is working fine with no issue. Thank u Susan for helping out sort out the issue and get it resolved. Thanks guys keep up the great work. Highly recommend the product and the customer support.

These panel systems in general can not be beat! So many options and value, hundreds of dollars less than plumbing a conventional multi head system with body sprayers. This is my second shower I have done with panels and I like this panel system more than the last.1-This system has the ability to use multiple heads at once. One knob controls water temp. The other two knobs control the shower head/body spray/wand/foot wash. You have the option of running Two options at the same time.2-The led light takes it to another level.3- Temp guage is something you never knew you wanted but once you have it.....4- Water temp is the same temp Everytime since you can leave the water to a set temp and shut off the flow by turning the heads off.5- water doesn't discolor the panel with spots if you keep it waxed (just like your car)Cons- I haven't had to do it yet but changing the battery's is going to be a pain since the panel has to come off the wall. An easy but awkward job that is going to get you moist from the head leaking down your back.We did dual panels and are barley able to supply enough water when running both at the same time. If you're on a pump be aware you could have issues.Pictures are from mid construction but we have been using it and are extremely happy with this purchase.
