Easy install (you'll need some fittings to replace mixing valve). Comes well packaged and protected. Easy to put together. Water pressure is not reduced.. If anything it's increased and made showering much more enjoyable. The different modes (can be all run at once) is a big benefit. just be careful, once the mixing valve is out from your standard fixture. Hot is really hot and Cold is well... ice cold and refreshing!

I have long hair and often find shower heads don't give me enough pressure to feel like I'm getting my hair thoroughly rinsed. That is not a concern with this! I have actually never used the shower head full on. There is too much pressure to do that comfortably. I love the fact that, with no modifications to the plumbing, the body jets work well. I can also use the overhead shower and the handheld simultaneously and both will have enough pressure.Obviously, styling matters. I was going for a golden age of Hollywood 2024 look and this fits the bill really well. It is not a true gold but it also doesn't look very brassy. It matched the metal in the Mosaic tiles I have at the top of the wall.Be sure your plumber actually reads the instructions. The only problems I had were because of the installers not reading the instructions.

Nice panel, nice finish. But you better be handy at plumbing. The outlet for the handheld shower had to be modified with a store bought fitting because you can't install the supplied plastic fitting due to clearance issues. The supplied water inlet hoses are useless and have to be replaced. They are much too rigid and will kink on installation and restrict water flow. I bought new longer braided stainless hoses to replace the cheap ones supplied. Followup - after 1 year of use the panel is working fine. Finish is holding up to harsh cleaning chemicals. Just one important thing to be aware of. If you dont turn the temperature setting all the way off (clockwise) and only shut it off with the individual valves, hot water will be able flow into the cold water line via the temp valve when you are using cold water only elsewhere in the house . I noticed this while the lawn sprinkler was being used outside and the temperature valve was hot when the shower was turned off (water temp valve was not closed). I installed a check valve on the cold water line feeding the shower panel to fix the problem.

Easy to use!I can walk in and turn it on with overhead, body spray, and tub fill on and not get wet.When temp is up walk in, turn off the tub fill and great flow to run both.(Many people call it "water pressure" it's actually water flow)The temp readout is great so you don't walk into 50 degree water or 120 degrees!I also love to overhead light! At night I don't turn on the bathroom light when showing. Very soothing before bed.Minor thing, you can hear the micro generator for elect power.The Best thing is it would have cost me over $1,000 to do individual components, plus installation!My tile guy helped me install it and recommended replacing the 2 inlet hoses. That was a good call as they are much more flexible and durable than the supplied hoses.Not an easy install and it would have been harder if I was just changing the original shower components.Mine was a complete remodel with the shower in a different location, so I had the wall already torn out and floor cut to run water supply pipeUpdate Jan 2025Most of the overhead LEDs no longer workNo repair parts are offered for sale. :-/Maybe I will try to wire in some myself

Good quality shower unit and looks very nice when installed, It takes a little bit of know-how and patience to install and hook it up and it may seem a bit overwhelming for anyone with no instal experience.That said, a great unit with good functions. The five individual body jets are listed as being adjustable however I found mine to be very hard to change the angle as they seemed to be fixed and I was afraid of pushing on them in case they broke. Maybe usage over time will loosen their movement.So far, so good and I would but the unit again.

I was pleasantly surprised that this shower until lived up to all it's claims. Great water pressure, as long as your house has good pressure - I'm on city water. Very good temperature control. I love that I can set the temperature with the master dial, then all the water coming from each feature is the right temp. Each feature can be turned on and off individually or together - 100% your choice of what to turn on in any combination !!. The amount of pressure to each feature can be set by how far open you turn each valve. Sure, the total pressure gets a lower if you turn on ALL features at the same time (waterfall, shower, body jets, hand wand). But it's still very sufficient for each feature. I love that I can choose any combination of sprays at the same time. The wand and body sprays are plenty powerful enough to hit the opposite side of my shower, 5 feet away, with plenty of force. The waterfall does put out soo much water that when it hits my floor (if I'm not under it) that it splashes with enough force to escape out my shower door. I may have to add an addition seal around my shower door.I love that the top of the unit has a cover plate to have a clean look on top. Some competitor units don't. This was pretty easy to install. Hang a couple brackets, and lower the unit onto the brackets. The supply hoses were not quite long enough for my specific installation, but I just purchased longer ones from a local home store - no problem. Be sure to follow the instructions and tighten all the hose clamps on the inside of the shower unit before installation.Just because I'm "fussy", I modified a couple things even though it wasn't needed. I replaced one of the internal hoses that made a somewhat sharp turn with my own longer hose (again, off the shelf at a home store) to provide a more gentle bend in the hose and easier water flow between the main valve and manifold. I also created a full-loop with the body sprays by adding a "T" and an additional hose to connect the top body spray with the bottom body spray. I did take the top body spray apart, and cut off / drilled out the plastic fitting to add the extra hose to the top body jet. This "pressure equalization loop" is commonly done on professional installations to ensure equal pressure to all 5 body jets. I was very impressed how all the components were very easy to work with for modification, cleaning, or replacement. It's all pretty self explanatory once you see inside the back of the unit. It's really just water running through hoses. All parts were fully compatible with off the shelf hoses and fittings.Summary: I couldn't be happier with the install, appearance, functionality, and total performance of this unit. My modifications were not needed, but I'm happy it was easy to do if desired.

Shower looks good, unfortunately it arrived broken. The main valve handle (cold/hot water) is broken from inside.Package look intact from outside.I will try to contact the supplier and see if they can replace the piece or all the shower for another one.UPDATED COMMENT:it has been one month or so since we installed the shower, after received a FULL replacement (all need shower). The shower is easy to install with all the instructions and connections required, anyone can install it.I had posted new pictures.The sensation and experience is really wonderful. All water fount are spectacular. I can’t compare but it is an amazing experience, my wife love it.Only suggestion is to installed at your height. I have kids and to use the one they need some help to reach it.
