BE CAREFULL OF SIZE I BOUGHT THE LARGE BUT IT WILL NOT FIT IN THE METAL BRACKET WHICH HANGS IN MY BIRDS CAGE HAD TO BUY A SECOND ONE HOPE MEDIUM WILL FIT DIDNT KNOW IT WOULD BE THAT BIG UPDATE THE MEDIUM IS WHAT I NEEDED FITS BRACKET GREAT ALSO THE DIFFERENT OUNCE BOTTLES THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE LENGTH OF THE DRINK TUBE THE RUBBER STOPPER IS THE SAME SIZE FOR BOTH MED. UPDATE: I reported this problem directly to Lixit, and they have blown me off, claiming that I am using the device incorrectly. I am not -- I have been using these bottles for more than 30 years, with as many as four in use at the same time. Every other one fit properly -- this one doesn't. Lixit is putting its head in the sand. Again, be warned.----------------------------------------I have used Lixit bottles for years with my parrots. They are much more sanitary than open water bowls that invite the birds to make parrot soup.Recently I had to replace a 7/16””/32 ounce stopper because the rubber in the old one was decomposing. The new one looks the same as the original, but the rubber stopper is smaller. It barely stays in place - I have to handle the bottle very carefully to keep the stopper from dropping out of position and flooding the floor. It appears to me that Lixit’s supplier has delivered rubber parts that are not within spec. Be warned.
