This board is not good for smaller short torsos jabbed my inner sides when sitting down. Product quality is good just not the size for me.

I use this board after my recent liposuction surgery. The board was able to stay in place most of the time and actually proved to be quite effective. I had some fluid buildup near my lower back and this board help to dissipate the fluid from my lower back which is quite amazing. The board was actually more comfortable than I expected but don't expect it to be super comfortable as obviously you're wearing a board on your back most of the time. My surgeon recommended that I use something similar to this and certainly it's proved to be useful and I would highly recommend it.

light weightcan be worn with other full abdominal body shapersstayed in place pretty good but i only wore it around the house. was not doing anything strenuous, just lounged around ate some food. you know. the typical sunday stuff.supports the abdomen and protects post op incisions/lipo better than i thought it wouldi was nervous this would be a gimmick but it’s not! !i would recommend this to who ever is in the market sourcing these things out.
