I would have such bad back pain after doing C-sections that I wouldn’t move for hrs. I tried getting another back brace that was supposed to be a one size fits all but it was way too large. This back brace adjust to correct width and has helped with pain during log surgeries. It is easy to use and supports my back great. It’s even a little breathable. It is a great value for the money.

Easy to use. good support and not too bulky.Also well made and feels good quality. getting along fine with mine. i use for when i need to do any bending down to tidy under desk and bed.

This is an excellent belt to help support your back. I love the lumbar/sponge cushion for extra support that comes with the belt. You can move it up or down and adjust it to however you feel comfortable (it's velcro). It also helps with the posture, too! Definitely well made material. I love that it has a secondary velcro strap to tighten the belt further for added support. Excellent product and solid, top quality material!

Of all the back braces my brother has worn, this is the most comfortable and supported brace he wears daily. It is easily adjustable and has velcro clasps. He is very happy with this one.

I noticed the difference in my siatica pain down my leg & behind my knee in a matter of days. By the end of the week my knee pain was gone all together! I couldn't believe it! I tried everything, including $2k at the chiropractor! Amazing! Will definitely be buying another one just in case.. a real life changer! If u suffer from siatica.. u know how debilitating it can be with little to no relief... This is the cure! The quality & stability of the bracelet seems great! Love this thing!

My first reaction to this back support belt was alarm - it looked complicated and heavy - but neither was true.The belt is not heavy - it was easy to fit - and is such a comfort.I wore it around the house to start with and it felt quite good, almost relaxing, so then I did a bit of gardening and my back felt warm and well-supported.I sat and lingered over a coffee and felt warm and relaxed - no backache and not so tired - what a welcome feeling.It then dawned on me that I had to take it off, muscles have to be used on their own or they can get lazy and atrophy.That is when my husband borrowed it and felt the same comfort and freedom from that dull ache in his back that so many of us know all about.As a result, I am now ordering one for him - and while we are waiting for its arrival, we are glaring at each other as to whose turn it is next.Sizing is important, I am a 38 waist and I ordered the 39-45 size which is just right, I would not have wanted it any smaller.It is also important to realize that it should not be completely relied on to do the job on its own, it does not take the place of gentle exercise, if you can do it, your muscles will thank you for it.A day later and peace reigns supreme - - - we now have one each - - - - and are both enjoying the benefits.

I recently rearranged my back by towing a 50 pound wheeled cart behind me with one hand.I got this brace to provide support while I healed and to prevent it from happening again.I am able to tow the telescope and overweight Amazon boxes without doing additional damage and can stand for hours at the telescope without my back giving out.It says it is not designed to treat any medical conditions but it is working for me.⭐⭐⭐is my base rating for a product that is fully functional and fulfills its promises
