Fits perfect and holds ice pad in pouch nicely. The cold pouch lasts for hours.You can also heat the pouch if you prefer warm. Good value for the money.

This is the best back brace I have ever had. It can be used with Ice or heat and helps me do outdoor work. I have had two surgeries on my back and this gives me the support I need when I am working outside or inside. I would buy another one if this one should get worn out.

Injured my lower back. This gave my back support, fit great, and loved the hot/cold pack it included which you can put inside a pouch in the belt, which was nice icing my back after my injury and then heating it to promote healing.

Provides excellent support for my back. I like the insert that I put in the freezer. Put it on after walking my dog to ease my back discomfort. This brace is very secure, doesn’t appear the Velcro will ever wear out. I would prefer it to give a little more because it’s hard for me to get off when I’m in a hurry. I would also prefer the insert not take so long to freeze up again. But I would highly recommend it.

I bought the FEATOL Gel Pack Back Brace for my 36 year old daughter. She had twisted her back which caused spasms and ongoing pain. As a nurse with 2 young children ages 16 months and 13 months, she was unwilling to take Rx pain medication and had no time to rest. Her pain level reached the point where she could no longer safely pick up her babies. After doing some research and reading the reviews, I sent her the FEATOL Gel Pack Back Brace. She has been very happy and grateful for this device. The gel pack is soothing and helps to reduce inflammation, while the brace provides the support that her back needs and thus assists with muscular healing. She is no longer worried about picking up her children. Having witnessed the relief which she has received from the use of this brace, I feel confident in recommending it. One note regarding sizing: Although my daughter usually wears a medium size, the addition of the gel pack made the large size more comfortable. Exchanging the medium for a large was seamless and was completed within 3 days!
