I have some issues with L5-S1 and experience a lot of fatigue and discomfort due to it. I decided to try a back brace and this one is amazing. It has a dual adjustment system that let's you really make it snug and supportive. I've work it for up to 6 hours and didn't experience any discomfort. A lot of braces only cover a small portion of your back, but this one covers a much larger area that gives way more support.

Item fits well, is very easy to use and helps with over worked muscles. It's made well, supports back correctly and is light weight. Love it.

A back brace isn't something I thought would be necessary for me at 43, and even after my accident, that's still technically somewhat true, but it is helpful when setting up, or packing up my DJ gear at night. At nearly 5'11", and 160 pounds, with a slim and slender build, this literally just fits. Since it's at the end of its Velcro style closing system, it's actually surprising that it holds so well, and provides that much tension. A lot of that can be attributed to the metal brace in the back that feels firm, and since my speakers are line EV Evolve 50 line arrays, the hardest part comes largely from lifting the roughly 55 pound subwoofer from the back of my Nissan Murano, and onto my mini cart, then packing it all back up at the end of the night. In terms of the subwoofer weight, most of it rests against my stomach, and it causes me to arch my back unnaturally, which causes back pain. Since the back brace adds tension to my core, and strong support for my lower back, it doesn't hurt as much, which is a blessing because I always use both speakers for every venue and event. If anything, my accident related back pain comes from lifting anything that's very heavy, while the rest of my actual chronic pain comes from facial nerve damage. Being able to alleviate some of that pain definitely deserves 5 stars.

I recently purchased this back support due to lower back discomfort that arose after moving heavy items. Since I'm relocating, I needed a replacement for my old brace. I ordered a size small, but unfortunately, it fits very snugly despite the size chart indicating it suits waists up to 32 inches (my waist is 31 inches). If you're near the edge of a size range, I recommend ordering the larger size as a precaution.Once on, the brace provides excellent support and effectively alleviates my back pain. It's considerably more comfortable than my previous brace, which supported both the upper and lower back. This brace remains securely in place, whereas the other one would constantly slip up.I now rely on this back support whenever I need to handle heavy objects.

I paid almost 200.00 in my doctors office for this same brace, this one is better & more support. Good brace to buy.
