Excellent brace for post surgical procedures and in general lower back support. Product fits snugly and is adjustable. Product helps to alleviate pain and assists core posture. Affordable and the quality's thickness is durable yet light.

This works beautifully for lower back pain I had. It also keeps me from re-injuring it when working around the house. It's quality material and easy to put on and take off. Oh, and the range of sizes is good too. Highly recommend this one if you're looking for a back brace!

I'm not totally sold on this belt. I ordered it as per it's sizing instructions and it's almost too small. Get it a couple sizes larger you'll have plenty of adjustment left.

This is a really good product for lower back pain. I pulled my back muscles and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t sit or stand. This back brace relieved the pressure on my back so I could sit for longer. I huy recommend it.

Size was close i wear a 4x shirt i could have probably went with a 3x but it fits and actually helps my back amazingly my back feels amazing while and after wearing it I've been milking torn muscles using it to help during it when you take it off you can feel the pressure it takes off your lower back going back on it

The quality was good and offered support but I used it for work and with a lot of repetitive bending it started to roll up after some use. But would be great for just support if not needed to do alot of bending.

This is designed as unisex and as a 5'4'', 130 lb woman, I ordered the small. It fits well. However, probably due to the fact I have a version of the female hour glass figure, it rides up when moving from the waist and lodges in my upper rib cage. The quality of fabric, etc is very good but I am returning for a brace more suited for a woman's figure.

I purchased this brace mostly for support while doing some remodeling projections at home. I am a 40 year old woman and although I exercising regularly and try to stay in shape, I found my lower back was killing me after a couple of hours painting, sanding, etc... I bought this mostly because of the price point, not sure if it would help or not and have been greatly surprised. It took me a couple of times to get used to where I needed to position the straps and how tight, but after I figured out what worked for me, I tell you, I'm nevering going back to a sore back! While I wear the brace I definitely feel supported, but I didn't really notice a difference during activity with it on, the real difference for me is later on after I've taken it off and am expecting a tired sore back for the rest of the day, instead I feel great! Not only that, but I was able to double what I was physically able to do in a day! So, for me, this brace is a winner. I've also started wearing it when I do household chores and it's changed my life. I wish I would have started wearing a back brace years ago while doing these things so if you're on the fence, in my opinion, you won't regret given it a try.

One of the best braces I have ever had in my life. I’ve had a herniated lower back disc for almost 10 years now and at least twice a year I have a sharp pulling pain in my back, and the rest of the time it’s hurts too, but not as much, therefore I have to wear something that would give me a good support.This brace is very comfortable, supportive and you can’t see it under your clothes. It is also very comfortable to sit while wearing it as well. I am a student and have to spend a lot of time sitting down, which is horrible for my lower back. When I wear this brace 90% of pain is gone.Quality is also very good.I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend if you are looking for one.
