I followed the measurement directions carefully, when the brace arrived it was way too large and uncomfortable. Returned.

This brace is amazing. It is supportive, sturdy, has removable strips if not needed plus a super strong support extra piece to protect your weak bones or muscles in your lower back. The Velcro is strong with two extra straps to secure it! I broke three vertebrae’s and this has been amazing! There is an extra padding to protect your back from the metal brace insert. I guarantee this wholeheartedly! The belt doesn’t creep up but fits properly and stays in position! Wonderful, amazing, supportive! ❤️❤️❤️

At 81 his back needs support. It also helps his hip. It helps him through his day. He had a bad fall a year and half ago that caused problems.It is wider than some. It has a larger lumbar square with nodules on it that he can remove.

This did give my back some support, relieving some pressure that I have in my lower back. The brace is a little more on the flexible side versu rigid support. Additionally, the sizing (I ordered the biggest size) was quite large, and it fit well in that aspect.The mesh is a nice touch, as it is breathable and not not as likely to trap heat in, thus not making you sweat as much as other fabrics.I like that it covers a large amount of space, so that I'm able to get my upper hips and lower back.

I feel real back support, and it is such a pain relief. The material of the support board is like an actual metal, very solid and provides really strong support.
