Your cart is empty. The double pull wide back support is a highly recommended back brace on the market. Designed by back experts, this braces aim to provide a wider than normal back support. The design of double pull mechanism means the inner wrap provides the best possible compression for your back, heat retention and comfort. The extra strength elastic strap gives you extra stability and support. I have had 2 surgeries on my back and I struggle with pain daily. Since the weather has got colder and damper ive been finding it increasingly difficult to walk without a lot of pain so I bought this back support belt in the hope that it would relieve some of the pain, enough for me to be able to take my dog out for his walks.I'm really pleased that I bought it. You can adjust the belt for your own level of comfort which is ideal as some days I need it tighter than others. It definitely relieves some of the pain and allows me to move around for much longer than I'd be able to do without it.

This short brace has different sizes, an extra way to tighten it, and a sewed in tag to show which side should be up. Recommended for helping with lower back pain.

This type of product is not a one type fits all. The supports in the back are so rigid that the best doesn’t sit in the curve of your lower back so it feels like you are in a body cast. You can’t return it which is odd since again, this type of product might not work for every body type. If you need something like this find one that is returnable.

Bought this as a surprise gift for my mother. The large size is way too tight fit even though her waist circumference is 36in, and barely hangs at the edge with discomfort. Will have to return the product and reorder, which the packaging cost will be on me...This is one Christmas present that won't be on time now.Overall the quality of the product looks and feels solid, but i can't write a solid review based on it. So i'll update my review after i get another one.***PS: I saw other reviews suggesting to buy one size bigger was just bogus from overweight people, but it's true. If you want to buy this product... BUY ONE SIZE BIGGER!!!!!!Edit:I've returned the item, customer support contacted me after it trying to help me with changing the size. Got full credit from return, and reordered the correct size.Got the for my mother, she LOVED it. She feels no discomfort, and says it helps with her back pain. Fulfilled my initial need for the item, so i'm satisfied. But one thing that stuck out to me was that no matter the breathable design, she still gets a little hot from the back in room temperature condition.

Been using now for a couple of weeks. This brace is well made and strong. It's easy to use and as a sufferer of DDD I needed this badly just to relieve some pressure on my back. It's easy to tighten and loosen when needed. The brace isSo comfortable to wear and does the job. I feel supported and more importantly (especially after some really poor brace choices in the past) comfortable when wearing all day. As a must have for any DDD sufferer.

Item was delivered quickly and shipped on time. I have severe and chronic lower back problems. Over the y ears I have had several types of back braces. I have discovered that fit, comfort, and effectiveness are essential with these types of items, especially fit which is the main determinant of comfort and effectiveness. The fit was perfect given the fit chart and my size. I wore the item all day and it gave me the relief I was seeking without the unnecessary chafing and sweating. The secret I think is its outstanding width. The unit covers most of back and provides support and a comfortable warmth to many of those small muscles in the back which can be painful. The Velcro straps sit flat and hold firmly. More importantly the item does not double over, slide up or down, and roll over like others I have tried.Very good product, I highly recommend it.

Pros: This brace is very supportive for the whole lower back which I really appreciate. It is nice to be able to increase the tension with the adjustable flaps on either side.Con: The one big con for me is the velcro holding it together. The velcro quickly lost a lot of its effectiveness which now leads it to simply pop off, which can quickly become extremely irritating. I haven't worn it all that much, so I'm hoping I have a dud. I have had great results with another brace neotech sells so I plan on contacting the seller for a replacement and will double check the sizing. I measured my midsection and ordered the appropriate size, but I'll double check that as well and correct this review if I messed up.Bottom line, hopefully I just got a weird one and I'll update on the customer service.

The email requesting I review this popped up as I am just sitting down at the PC, after a walk and wearing this back brace. Kismet! The brace itself is very well engineered. You can wear it easily over or under clothes. The Velcro is very sticky - which is great. The straps can really pull tight if you need the extra support. If you have a pot belly - you will not look like the guy in the picture. If you look like the guy in the picture - you probably do not need this brace.I bought this brace for walking (also treadmill and bike at gym) and working around the yard, or garage - especially when bending over. For me, I'd be inclined to use this 1) if I felt back spasms or pain (nerve / sciatic) coming prior to exercise, or 2) for longer periods of exercise / training. It can also be of use while sitting for extended periods at a computer. After a month, I can say it functions very well, and it provides excellent support. I'm pleased.Why should you care about what I have to say? I have had 4 neck / lower back surgeries due to congenital spine issues. I have gone through more braces and gadgets - pre and post op than most people should ever endure. I have a wonderful (and obscenely expensive) post op back brace that is bigger than a WWE championship belt. I needed similar support without the bulk. This little brace does the trick so far.Two quick notes. 1) Measure your Belly not your Waist for sizing or you'll be disappointed and will need to order the next size up.2) Wearing a back brace is not a cure or panacea for back issues. When I say extended periods of time (above) I am referring to 30-45 minutes of max wear time. Most doctors and therapists will tell you not to wear these braces constantly / all day, unless of course they direct you to do so. I wear these as support and to train my muscles and body so I need the brace less or not at all. Independence from the brace is the Goal.I hope this item works as well for you.
