The velcro that holds it around your waist sucks, it doesn't hold especially if you squat to pick up something, it will pop loose. ):

Amazing back support without the discomfort. Fits my small frame well, the velcro holds in place, great quality and comfortable to wear. No more lower back pain while I work, and it doesn't overheat me in our desert climate.

This brace as been amazing. Its comfortable and is the best one I've owned so far. It isn't as breathable as I imagined - I have to wear a shirt under it or I'll get sweaty, it locks heat in for sure.one week ownership update: A further defect I have found is the Velcro is not sticking as well. the Velcro isn't very deep so it gets gummed up right away. you will need to clean the Velcro of lint and fur (if you have pets) so it operates correctly.Little over one week ownership, the Velcro has just stopped sticking, even if I clean it out with a lint roller. Kinda disappointed, if they had better Velcro this is a very solid design. Sadly I can't use this if the thing won't stay on. Plan to return it.

I’m beyond impressed with this back brace! The replaceable pad and four aluminum strips provide excellent lower back support, making a noticeable difference in reducing pain throughout the day. The stretchy bands ensure a snug fit, while the Velcro keeps everything perfectly in place. It’s so comfortable that I often forget I’m even wearing it. Whether working or relaxing, this back brace offers support without compromising comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with lower back pain!

If the regular brace is too small and the plus size brace is too big, the XL brace is that nice middle ground. It's not quite as much support as I would like, but it's not far off. It lessens the pain I have when working for 12 hours, so it is doing it's job

I use it for weight lifting and other heavy work. This is easy to use and it stays in place. I never have pain after any work (it works very well). It was very good price, and was quickly arrived.

Ever since my car accident I’ve been on an hunt for a good back brace and this one is my absolute favorite. After a few days of wearing it I noticed that its lightweight yet offers firm support, and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. I’ve tried other braces before, but this one really stands out in terms of quality and effectiveness. My lower back pain got much better and so did my posture. A must-have for anyone with back issues!
