This is a good product but the works okay gets chalky when I step only a few steps from the base

Bought one and it will not sync with base.. but fugured I would try again(still cheaper than new)2nd one works great NO Issues at all. that is the only reason I knocked off 1 star.This is not a hit against the vendor. poo happens and I work in IT so I know this.Will buy from them again if needed.

We have specific VoIP phones that only link with certain headsets and this one was perfect and very clear
