Recieved headsets but all 4 of them have dead batteries. Took a lot of troubleshooting to figure that out. I took a battery from an old headset i have and put it in one these then I was finally able to sync it to the base and answer calls. Rather than return these headsets I'm just going to order some replacement batteries. I'll leave 3/5 stars since the headsets are good quality for being refurbished.

They paid so much attention to detail on my refurbished product. It’s was very nicely packaged with each piece being individually wrapped. It is very clean and looks almost brand new! Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I would order from Matt again.

Extremely unhappy with receiving a used product. The packaging was poor which was a sign... The actual headphones had used headphone cover that was severally cracked. The amount of the product needs to be advertised as USED

The battery life is great. Not the most impressed with call quality. I take inbound calls for an 8 hr shift daily and 99% of my callers report that they hear their own voice echoing during the call.

So far so good. My employees have been using these for about a month now. You can tell they are used right out the gate, but the price difference makes it worth it and it’s hard to find headsets that work properly with our phone system. This was my 4th try and I am so happy I found some this work! Now if I can figure out how to make the employees use them all the time 🤔
