Not reliable product and sadly, I don’t think a reliable company. I had high hopes. Call quality was great until it wasn’t. It seemed to work great for the first few weeks and now people can’t hear me and I have to disconnect.

Picks up the phone when I pick up the ear piece instead of having to answer the physical phone and switching it over.If you have a plantronics headset like me, you’ll need to change a setting on the bottom but other than that it works perfect.

This electronic USB hook switch is great with the Yealink T-58 phone, allows me to answer or end calls directly from the headpiece without having to swivel over to my handset. Installation was plug and play, no configuration changes needed on the phone handset or admin portal.

Bought this to make my Plantronics CS540 work with the Mitel 6940 phones that my workplace switched to and it works great! However, I've since realized that the phone model I use can be paired with Bluetooth headphones and using a headset is a subpar experience compared to using my Airpods Pro. So this is a great solution if you already have a Plantronics headset that you like. Otherwise, for this price it's possible to find a decent pair of Bluetooth headphones instead.

Used for adapting my plantronics CS540 from a deskphone headset to a softphone headset. Perfect for what I needed, no complicated setup required, just plugged the new cable into the plantronics base station and usb end into laptop docking station and it was immediately added as a sound device in win10 which my softphone saw immediately and used too.Decent price to be able to utilise an expensive headset when migrating from a business deskphone to softphone.

Perfekt. Mach jetzt Telkos immer mit dem Plantronics DECT-Headset und muss mich nicht mehr ärgern, über die unzulänglichen Reichweiten und den Aussetzern von den BT-Headsets. Einfach einstecken. Funktioniert ohne Treiberinstallation, Ton ist gut, keine Aussetzer ;-)

I have a CS540 headset and wanted to use it with my PC (Windows 10) and Google Voice. Plugged this in, installed the Plantronics HUB software, and set to tweaking what few settings there are to mess with. For some reason the headset would almost immediately hang up after pressing the hook switch button. I thought I had tried everything (including restarting and uninstalling the software). The headset would only stay on if not connected to my PC. Bummer. Reached out to Polycom and they walked me through a bunch of default settings that didn't need to be changed and declared the headset defective. I KNEW it was not the headset, but I swapped it out with Amazon anyway (next day delivery with a promise to return the original). SAME PROBLEM. Tried tweaking and testing each setting again in HUB only to find that it was the "Dial Tone" setting all along. I had it set to 'On' and in my setup that is apparently a no-go. It would have been nice for Polycom to have suggested that and saved us all some carbon emissions, so I'm posting here in case some other fool is on the same errand.

Great product and great service!! Finally found the fix to my issue. This APU-76 cable is the correct cable that connects your plantronics CS series bluetooth headset, as well as many other units, directly to your pc allowing you to answer and hangup phone calls with your headset directly. No longer will you have to click answer and end with your mouse.

Facile à mettre en oeuvre. Attention l'adaptateur USB pour casque plantronics ne fonctionne pas avec tous les sites de vidéo conférence. Réception audio OK, mais coupure intempestive du microphone. Fonctionne cependant parfaitement en écoute sur tous les sites.En raison de ce service partiel, le rapport prix/ service rendu n'est pas bon.

My Team needed something to assist us with taking calls from home without being tethered to the computer.Ta-da!! Taking calls is now a breeze =) The equipment works great and the plug and play couldn't be easier!!
