How to use:
1, Plug the adapter (the headset comes with it) into the phone RJ9 port, then plug the headset into the adapter.
2, There is a line sequence switch on the adapter(it has the numbers 1 - 8).
Note: Make sure to try each of the 8 "Channels"**until you find the one where you can hear them and they can hear you.

1,please make sure the device can be compatible for 4pin RJ9 Crystal Head.
2,this headset just can be compatible for professional call center phone, may not be compatible for cordless phone , please make sure the port before order.

I purchased this headset for work. When first setting it up I added the adapter and did some test calls.. Every person I called stated they couldn’t hear me clearly, I sound muffled. So I took the adapter off and just plugged the headset into the phone. Did my test calls again, everyone heard me clearly it was perfect. Haven’t had any problem with it since. It’s a little big for my head and I have a big head lol but that’s it.. 👍🏾

I’ve had this headset for several months now and haven’t had a single issue with it. I love the fact that it not only has a volume control option, but there is also a mute button!! I use this headset every day for work! The length of the cord is nice as well because I can scoot away from my desk without dropping my actual phone on the floor. It seems to be very durable as well. I’ve already recommended it to several coworkers.

I feel like the piece that goes on my ear is not very tight so I can’t hear her very well so then I have to turn up the volume on my actual phone here for work but for the most part it’s very high-quality I wish there was a way I could walk around and talk but it’s workNot supposed

It only has a receiver jack so I guess they expect you to just unplug the receiver? Total waste of money. Save your money and don’t buy this thing.

My team not only is the call center for our business, but is also the main dispatch for our departments. This is a great alternative to having to hold the phone with your shoulder while typing on a computer. Quite comfy to wear and the sound quality is not bad at all!
