Controls calls just as you'd expect, press the button to 'lift' the line, unlike the WH64. Good sound, I really love the boom mike mute function. The headset 'perch' seems a little delicate, I guess time will tell! So far its a DECT at a good price with good call control and a digital interface, a hard combination to find.The PC interface is a little crude... OK if that's your only audio device. I have music speakers but found that I could not switch off the WH62 without unplugging the USB.

I work from home with a toddler at a call center. I needed this headset to cut all noise all my kid's noise but doesnt. All callers complained about it. It also shuts down some volume channels so all the sudden all notifications from teams and other apps gets muted, so I had to constantly adjust this. I knew this device didn't have Bluetooth but once toddler started walking I wanted to move my work station from room to room and I couldn't as I needed to be close to a wall to charge the base. My whole purpose of getting this device was for the noise cancellation and the add on busy light, which I bought and it does work well, but not the headset.Now that I have to turn myself muted back and forth with my child's noise, the mic is giving problems and turns itself muted with no requests.It does though have a good range. I can go upstairs and still being able to have calls away from the desk, though if I need to put the call on hold, I can't from.the headset as it doesn't have the option, so I have to run back to the computer to hold the call.Save your money and do not buy.

This is one of the best headsets you can get for office/remote work. Integrates seamlessly with Teams and Skype and the range is outstanding. I've tried at both the office and home and i can walk all over the place and there's no drop in call quality. Comfort is very good as the band is supportive yet doesn't feel like it's "crushing" your head like some others. The only cons are that it doesn't do bluetooth and the mic boom is a little short in my opinion. Lastly, the noise cancellation is phenomenal. I sometimes play music in the background and nobody on the call can hear it which is amazing. Overall, excellent office headset

Liked the sound quality and the ability to mute by moving the mic up or down. However, in order to work, the workstation must be wired to the sound source. That is cumbersome for me since sometimes I have to switch between computers or move my laptops around. Additionally, the headset can only be charged on the workstation making charging during travel more difficult.

The Headset has been a game changer for my work-from-home setup! I was previously using the Corsair Virtuoso and it became rather heavy for 8+ hours of usage. The sound quality from the Yealink is crystal clear, both for listening and during calls, and the soft dual-ear design really helps for longer meetings. It's incredibly comfortable for all-day wear, and the wireless range is impressive, allowing me to move around freely without losing connection (oops!). Setup was easy, and the battery life is more than enough to last through long meetings.
