We work in a small/open floor office space and sometimes need to be away from our desks. When looking at options, we were frustrated to see anything cordless for under $200 dollars. this was easy to set up, the sounds is great, and it does everything it says on the box. Very pleased!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 5 START IF IT WASN'T FOR THE BATTERY LIFE.I AM A DISPATCHER AND I AM ON THE PHONE NONSTOP FROM 8 TO 5PMBY 2 PM IS ALREADY ASKING FOR RECHARGE, WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW ISON MY SMALL BRAKES I PUT IT BACK ON THE STAND INSTEAD OF JUSTLIVING IT ON MY DESK SO IT CAN GET A LITTLE MORE JUICE HERE AND THERE.

It's a phone with no keypad, so you have to figure out how to set up a dopey piston-lifter on your regular desk phone that activates to elevate the handset off the cradle to get a dial tone - then dial the number on the desk phone. Only then will the headset function.This is like devolving to the 1960s.

Bought this for work and its amazing! I can get so much more work done now! The company is awesome as well, sent me all the instructions and made it easy to set up as well as a nice note and some laughy taffy! Highly recommend this product and company!

Came a week early, packaged very well, even came with some candies & a number to text in case of any questions or help with installment. (Very well appreciated!!!)Instructions were clear and simple with pictures.Headset is lightweight, can hear everything loud and clear, as can the other person listening to me.The lifter fit our office phones perfectly!Very happy with this product & with Head set guys! I can't get the volume up. Most people sound like they are whispering. It keeps disconnecting from the phone, so I have to grab the reciever and end up talking from that. The phone answering thing stopped working it's been less than a month.Not happy with this thing at. All!It's comfortableNice.SleekBut it's not performing well at all.I've tried it for close to a full month.It's too low, different settings haven't helped the issue.I need this for work. And I'm constantly having people repeat what they are saying.I will be going back to the tethered headset, great concept. Isn't coming thru for me though.

I paid for expenses shipping only to have it show up without the Telephone Interface Cable,and Quick Start Guide. When I called I was told I needed to return it before I got a refund. All I need is for the Telephone Interface Cable sent to me.Update I went and bought the cable that I needed and lo and behold the headset mic didn’t work.
