This product arrived broken, there are no defects to the shell of the item, which is the worst kinda of broken there is , meaning the quality of the cable inside is so poor it snapped on way to me or when it was built , extremely cheep feeling and flimsy.Save ur money do not buy.

This adapter allowed me to use my gamer headset to work on my Cisco IP phone. I can now use these comfortable headphones instead of the cheap on the ear sets that have too little padding.

This doesn't work with the Panasonic KX-TGFA71 (KX-TG985SK set) cordless phone. I have it connected to a pair of headphones/microphone model JBL-Quantum 100X. I can hear, but the talking volume to other person is extremely low with volume turned up to max.
