I've tried several similar headsets over the past few years with my Panasonic cordless phone and always had issues with hearing the other person and them hearing me.I ultimately resorted to using Apple ear pods with an adapter wire I purchased on Amazon and while they work great as far as loudness and sound quality, I have to constantly hold the wire to keep the mic close to my mouth for the other party to hear me clearly.I already own a AGPtEK headset for a corded phone and I'm happy with it, I saw this one for a low price compared to many other similar headsets and figured I'd give it a try. I'm very glad I did. While the sound quality isn't anything like the ear pods, it's okay enough and on par with other headsets. What sets it apart for me is it's actually sufficiently loud, I can hear the other party and they can hear me. I bought another pair in case these break!Update March 2023 - I use this headset on a daily basis and unfortunately after about a year it starts produce a lot of static and then begins to cut in and out completely. I bought two back in June 2021 and the second one is now having the same issue and needs to be replaced.The source seems to be the jack. While I appreciate the generously long cord, it inevitably gets hung up on various things, cabinet knobs, etc. That along with the weight of the coiled portion always pulling down on the cord may just eventually wear on the jack and cause it to fail.Otherwise I still love the headset and the volume it produces with my Panasonic cordless phones. I'll be buying two more and I may try to support the area where the wire connects to the jack with some shrink tubing.

I like how clear it is, I like how well volume control works, but I will likely replace it with a lighter weight solution - the headset and cords weigh more than the Panasonic cordless phone I use it with! Why is this an issue? I can't leave it plugged into the phone as it can/has pulled the phone from the charger. The old single-ear Panasonics were better, but not as available now that they don't seem to be making them anymore. The cords are much longer than necessary, adding to the weight.But, if you are looking for great audio quality, these are pretty nice.

I tested the call quality with a friend using this Agbtek Binaural, Panasonic DECT 6.0, and AT&T DECT 6.0 headset. I simply asked the person to rate the sound quality without knowing what equipment I was using as I switched between them.The Agbtek (microphone) sounded the best of this bunch. The sound quality was the best for me as well. The quality and understandability of Binaural is dramatically better than single earphone versions.I did not test noise cancelling or volume control, I use it at maximum.It fits my Panasonic phone perfectly. If you need an extension or adapter pick a three band one. The four band ones are for stereo not Binaural.The padded leatherette ear pads look beautiful and are comfortable but This style falls apart in less than a year. Foam pads last longer but are otherwise inferior. Good luck finding replacements.The fit and finish is good. The price is very low and the sound quality is excellent.This is the best sounding headset I have tried.

I’ve been using this headset for just over three months. Overall, I’m satisfied with it, except for one design factor that I find very irritating. The cord is far too long and has a coiled section as well. The headset is comfortable to wear. The volume boost provided is outstanding. In fact, I suspect that people with normal hearing may find it too loud and have to keep the volume turned down on the in-cord control. With my hearing loss, I appreciate the volume. But the cord is thin and very long and it has a coiled section as well. Putting it mildly, the cord is very unwieldly. I’ll live with it, but I would be happier if the cord were shorter and didn’t have the coiled section. Overall, it works better than expected because of the high volume and for me, that makes it a keeper.Jerry

This headset attachment for my cordless phone is a real treat -- very clear sound and good ambient sound blocking. With this, I can have both hands free for typing when communicating with clients.

The plug does not fit my phone or computer. Unfortunately I assumed it would and got rid of the packaging. Essentially i cannot rate this appliance because it was no use to me.

This headset seems much better built and more solid than any of the headsets I've been able to buy locally at even twice the price. Audio quality is quite good. But it's the cord, controls and earpads that seem of very good quality for the price. I've had it about eight months now and highly recommend it.I've bought and thrown away a lot of other headsets, so will be going back to this model when it eventually fails.Update: It's now two years since I bought this headset. Still working perfectly!

Have lost 60% of my hearing and found that my Portable Panasonic even on speaker phone was very difficult to comprehend. On a whim I ordered this headset and was pleasantly surprised with my ability to actually hear an incoming call and with the boom mike easily respond. I have to turn the volume on the phone and headset up to full volume - but it works.

This is a pretty great headset. I used amazon prime so I got it exactly two days after I ordered it. Which is amazing because when you work from home you can't miss a minute and when someone can't hear you, you get complaints and "I can't hear you" is even WORSE. I tried buying two other headsets before this headset. One headset was one of those expensive turtle beach ones I got at wal mart and it was horrible from the beginning but needed it so I stuck it out, It never even worked in the computer. I also ordered a jafra one and it was weird and the microphone was about one inch away from my ear, I hated it and no one could hear me I totally got a refund on that one though!. SO, I got this new headset here on amazon and it's amazing and practical. I thought it was like those headphones we used to get with our discmans that fell off and had weird foam pads. But these pads are super comfortable and the earphones adjust like nothing I've seen before. You can turn them to adjust to your ears because I'm not sure about anyone else but my ears aren't like super flat on my head so other headphones kinda sit off of my ears or some make you feel like your head is in a vice but I can get these to really set on my ears comfortably and everyone can hear me and I can hear too! The other headsets had the problem of either I could hear and the other person couldn't or they could hear and I couldn't hear. Well, I'm glad I looked around because I found this headset that's really practical and it's really the little things that sometimes makes the bigger picture come together. Never the less I am very happy :-D
