Bought this for a busy medical office. Worked great with our phone system. Can hear great, comfortable with hands free. Made our job easier without trying to hold a phone and talk. Would definitely recommend. Brought one for every front office personnel! They all love it!

Bought this to use with my Avaya and with the test tries I sound like the Charlie brown cartoon. It's muffled not noise cancelling.

Perfecto, funciona correctamente para Cisco 7911, buen sonido auricular y micro. Ligero y cómodo aunque lo lleves puesto todo el dia. Cable de longitud suficiente. No necesita ningún tipo de manipulación para que funciones. Plug & play. Buena compra.

Questo prodotto mi piace perché sembra robusto. Non amo particolarmente i cuscinetti in pelle e li ho sostituiti con quelli in spugna. (non in dotazione - ne avevo di miei) Le uso per un telefono Avaya. Le utilizzo per gestione centralino, Non danno alcun fastidio anche con uso prolungato. Vengono forniti con 3 connettori in più per essere compatibili con più modelli. Voto complessivo molto buono. Modificherò la recensione se dovessero sorgere problemi/difetti.

I have my own office and I use both my cell phone and my office phones to make calls. I needed some type of headset to use with my iPhone and after researching, I chose this one from Wantek. It is well-priced and it turns out to be really good with my cell phone. The sound is very clear and distinct, and everyone talking me says it is really good sound. The last feature I like is that this phone has the option to hear your own voice when you are talking. We have all spent our entire lives talking on the telephone and we always hear our own voice. But many modern headsets do not have this feature and I find it very unsettling, it seems like I am far away in the woods somewhere. You can choose to turn this feature on or off, but I really prefer to hear my voice when I am on the phone.

These plugged into my ShoreTel 230 headset jack and I thought they worked pretty well on a test call to my mobile phone. But everyone I spoke to after that complained that my voice was cutting in and out. When I switched to speakerphone or the phone's handset, audio was fine. I've ordered a replacement and will update this if they work. UPDATE: The replacement works great. Good audio quality, and no one has complained about my mic. Upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

I ordered this to test out quality compared to others costing 3 times the amount. Turns out the Wantek unit is of equal quality and has the advantage of clipping cord to collar so it’s not dangling when disconnected. Our team willl move to this unit in future as need arises.Bonita Drope

Run a Solo Customer Service organization, using the headset all day taking and making calls to Customers, Suppliers and misc Vendors, Comfort very important and it meets my requirements. Only one draw back is the switch between on and off slide very easily and I have missed calls because switch is wrong position, Low tech solution is I taped the switch to be permanently ON. Next revision of item should include lock on switch

Most Recent Update - When I posted an updated review of the product no longer working, the customer service team reached out to me immediately to try and rectify the issue. They let me know that if I was open to it, they would send me a new headset out immediately - which they did. Their responsiveness and professional demeanor was very impressive as it is almost non-existent now a days. I have received the new headset and so far, seems to be working wonderfully. Again, easy to just plug in and start using. The volume on the new headset seems to be loud and crisp. I'm hopeful the previous headset malfunction was a fluke as this one is very comfortable. Great company and team behind it. Thank you for the quick handling of my original issue!When I first received this product, it worked great, as indicated by my initial review below. Sadly, I must change that. It has all of a sudden stopped working. The clear volume has diminished and there appears to be something wrong with the internal wiring as it cuts in and out and is static filled. I will be returning this device.I've used a number of headsets in my career as I spend the majority of my day on the phone. This is the most comfortable headset, is crystal clear and easy to set up. Great price, fantastic price. Highly recommend!

Great headset, I have no issues with it. I work in a 911 center where I answer calls and dispatch over radio. The sound is clear and my callers have no problem hearing me. I don't know about other buyers that had issues with not being heard by their callers. Sometimes products fail or it's the radio/network that causes issues. But mine works great. It's comfortable on my head and doesn't bother my ear after a 12 hour shift. It came the next day and the packaging was good. I would buy again!

This headset is essentially a copy of a popular Plantronics headset, at far lower cost. I use it on a home phone, so it is not subject to the heavy, 8-hour-a-day service of a call center or a business. I cannot vouch for its durability, but it appears to be well-made. It has been in use for four months, and has performed perfectly. The headphone produces clear, sharp sound, and the people at the other end of the line tell me my voice is loud and clear.The noise cancelling microphone works perfectly. On one occasion, a grounds-keeper was riding past the house on a power mower. I could barely hear the person I called, but she said she could not hear the mower at all.
