I had been using another wireless headset for 10+ years that was due to be replaced. Based on my great service history with Headsets.com I went to their site to select a replacement model. I purchased the LH570. Right out of the box total setup time was less than :10 minutes.Once it reached a full charge I was able to start making calls. Great clarity and it does a nice job of blocking out background noise (I have a needy cat who like to "talk" to me). Love the ease of use and sound quality!

I couldn't be happier with this headset. It's exactly what I wanted and arrived super quick! It's very comfortable and the sound quality is spot on. It's so nice being able to switch between a desk phone (Polycom) and my PC. Great purchase!

This my second Leitner headset. My first Leitner DECT headset was lost - I walk around with it so much I think it was accidentally thrown out! This time, I upgraded to the LH570I think these are great value. I use this with an ARM based Mac via USB-C. The range covers our whole property, no static, no connection issues. It's quite good to be able to walk the house and grounds while on conference calls or meetings. The battery life is excellence, get compliments on the voice quality, and it's quite comfortable. My only room for improvement would be a small light on the tip of the microphone to show mute status. Currently, you hold a volume button down for a second and you hear a few short beeps. I think the beeps reoccur every 5 minutes to remind of the mute. I'd love a quick visual to verify that the microphone is muted. Then could easily glance down to see if the red light is on for mute or not without unnecessary beeps in the ear.Other than that, excellent microphone, great range, cheaper than other options, no compatibility issues, NO NEED TO INSTALL SOFTWARE, perfect.

We recently changed out one of our headsets at our hotel front desk to a LH575. It gave us some functionality that the old headset didn't have, and it was clear enough for all of our staff to be able to hear the guests on the other side of the line. Our staff regularly walk with the headset over 100 feet to our kitchen to pickup take out / room service orders and the connection remains clear during travel. They are really enjoying being able to pick up the line using the button on the side of the headset (which required the optional lifter) that we didn't have before. After using the headset for 3 weeks, we purchased another for our second station. I'm looking forward to this working in our environment for a long time.

I mainly use this with an Avaya 9611G over VOIP and setup couldn't have been easier. Sound quality is hard to evaluate without more than one point of reference, but seems adequate. I was originally used to a wireless Plantronics over a copper landline and POTS landlines just intrinsically sound better and have lower latency IME.Comfort is on the clamp-ier side, but the padding is adequate. That's all to my preference (ymmv, you may want something that fits looser). I take ~7 hours of IT help desk calls every work day so never worrying about placement or it sliding off is a major plus. I would've preferred a bendy headset mic but the fixed position seems fine.Battery life is unreal. Despite doing practically nothing but taking incoming calls all day, I never drop below 3 bars. I place it back on the dock during breaks and lunch time.Mic seems solid when used strictly for telephone calls. None of my callers have ever complained about the voice quality.Usability is stellar and that's really what a product like this is all about. Frills needlessly complicate things and tend to lead to devices that flake out. If you're like me, you don't want to be troubleshooting or charging a headset while working, like, ever, and this headset delivers on that. Usability comes at what I'd consider a steep price premium but I'd much rather deal with a no-frills device than something more elaborate (or some kind of SteelSeries or Razer garbage) in the same price range.MAJOR caveat, though: USB Audio input is god-awful on Windows as it seems to be limited to 8000hz sample rate using the generic DECT driver - well below par for even $5 Windows mics. I wish there was a Windows driver for this because it would be nice to retain the option to use with software VOIP (like Avaya One-X) and Discord without it being so horrible that any kind of software noise canceling fails to work properly. Bottom line: Do NOT buy this if you're planning to use it mainly with Windows applications. USB is more of a "nice to have" than a primary use case.
