Fermenter is great . Perfect size also has gallon marks on side for easy measure. Great value for money. No leakage, the seal is good. Great functionality.

The buckets are good but the lids do not seal. Lids and airlock do not function properly. Maybe replace the lids with ones from home depot or don't spend the high price of these low quality "fermentation buckets "

So far, I have nothing negative to say about the airlock and 6.5 gal bucket. When the box first arrived though, I was very sketchy that a 6.5gal bucket was in that box. Must've been an optical illusion. 😜I love making homemade hillbilly hooch...Typically I would use less conventional methods....(no airlock and/or create potential closet bombs)..While my last batch of Peach Hooch was a total hit with the crowd; I decided to upgrade and invest in the home brew bucket with airlock so I would have less worry. Right now, I have my strawberry mash in there fermenting. I prefer wild fermentation over pitching added yeast. So I'm not seeing bubbles just yet from my airlock but I know it will take a little while. There's about 4 gal of berrysquish in there. So excited to see how this turns out with my new bucket!
