Bought this to keep my dogs off the furntiure . I deal with allergies when the fur touches my skin so I cant let fur babies on the couch. This roll has been great in preventing them from getting on the furniture. Easy to use.

Because the sheet of spikes came rolled up, it was difficult to keep it flat when trying to prevent my cats from jumping on the kitchen counter. Additionally, one of my cats is apparently very agile and would simply step in between the spikes or peel up the corners to facilitate her mischief. I ended up taping down the edges to prevent rolling up, but then I had to remove the tape every time I wanted to use the counter. Weighing it down with items worked okay but overall I feel like it is more trouble than it’s worth. I also cut the sheet of spikes into the shape of the top of my reptile’s enclosure because they kept jumping on top. This worked a little better but again, my one cat would simply step in between the spikes. This product is probably great for outdoor use to prevent digging in plants but was unfortunately not effective for me.

I like the fact that where ever i put this stuff, the cats stay out of there. the garden, flower pots and places we just don't want to find cat poo in. although it would be nice if this rolled out and stayed rolled out a bit easier. i have used bricks, rocks and the large garden fabric stakes to hold this in place. even if weeds grow up through this stuff, the cats still do not like stepping on it, and they can't dig in the dirt under it, so we have eliminated some of the areas the cats used to poo in. success!! it's a bit spendy, but it does do the trick.

This works to keep my dogs off the back of the sofa when I’m gone. When I come home, I just roll it back up and put it away. When I first laid it out, it wanted to roll up, but I put a throw pillow on each end of the sofa until it relaxed and now I don’t have to do that even though I roll it up and put it away when I’m not using it. There are little spikes everywhere so I don’t know how a cat could walk across this. That is one determined cat. I just know it does deter my dogs from getting on the back of the sofa when I’m not home. I’m very happy with this product.

I like this product. before I use this the feral cats in the neighborhood would use my garden as the communal bathroom. The smell would become unbearable and it was becoming too much. Since I have installed this in my garden, I have had no issues with the cats using the bathroom. Now, I kinda feel bad for the other neighbor that they may have moved onto find a new bathroom spot lol. But it's not a concern of mine really because they're not my cats.
