They fit securely and won't slide down. Flexible enough to bend down and run. Great for mountain biking and also for baseball infielder shin protection and sliding.

I ended up returning these, not worth $100 in my opinion. The padding is small and did not cover enough of my shin. They felt like legging with a stitched on pad.

I have been using GForm Shin/Knee combo for maybe 10 years now for Inline Skating Rollerblading and Roller Hockey, bought several pairs over the years. This new iteration fixes my two main complaints about these kneepads!- The Velcro strap and extra grip around the top will keep them in position even after the elastic has stretched.- The pads themselves are firmer to start, or at least have a firmer top layer. I haven't beaten these up much yet, but i expect the pads won't break apart as easily when scraped/scratched.

Great pads. It's a bit challenging to put on but offers great protection. I didn't feel any discomfort on the trails and the back of the pads actually have great breathability.

These pads set themselves apart from the cheaper ones by staying put better. They have less of a tendency to roll over on the top and shift around on the bottom than other knee sleeves and pads. They feel high-quality, although not stellar at this price. I’m not blown away, but they deliver on their promises and do a good job. I sized up since I was on the edge of sizes, and they still have some compression effect. Either size up for a more comfortable fit or stay on size for more support.

My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think they’re a tad high on price. I’m 6’1 190lbs. These provide a fair amount of compression. If these were any smaller I’d probably feel they would be too tight. They may loosen up over time though so I’m fine with the, having compression. The silicone inside the upper part is really grippy against bare skin. Tip: Roll it back when you pull them up or it will grab and pull your leg hairs. Once up it stays put pretty good.They’re pretty flexible. I’m going to be riding mine pretty low and not over the knee cap so the knee flexibility won’t affect me as much as others. I primarily want the shin protection as I’m switching out from clipless to aggressive studded pedal and don’t want to end up in the er getting 100 stitches in my shin.Overall I’d recommend them. They’re comfortable enough and have good flex. I’ll feel a lot better having insurance against a pedal slip.
