The trailer basically worked well with my elderly mother on Laborday. I had to patch one of the tubes because it had a leak right next to the valve stem. It looked like the wheel had been rolled with low air pressure. I texted customer support the next day. The representative promised me a new tube. I waited 2 weeks. Nothing. I texted CS and got the texting run around. Check the pouch in the back for additional parts. First time assembly is not bad. Do a parts check & assemble trailer into all 3 modes at least once to make sure all parts are correct & present.

My son loves riding in his wike. With the bolster package it's probably one of the most comfortable devices he has. We've owned it for about 9 months and he's clocked almost 400 miles in it as a bike trailer. Maybe around 100 more as a jogger. And it's anybody's guess as a stroller (a good amount of hours).Despite it's size its pretty light and pulls / rolls great over all sorts of terrain. At this point we've taken it all over the mountain west. It's pretty rugged and well built. We've never had an issue with it other than the wheel lock leaves something to be desired. Overall we are very happy with it.If you want to get out and about with your little one I can't say enough good things. My son starts smiling from ear to ear the second he gets strapped in. The smiling and laughing doesn't stop... as long as we keep moving.
