I need to start this with, I'm a complete beginner, I've never even seen an embroidery machine in real life, after months of searching, I bought the Poolin EOC06 because of the price and size of the hoop. Well I could not be happier, I was able to embroider something straight away without any help, the machine is super self explanatory and their Facebook group is filled with helpful advice and tips. Customer service so far has been amazing, I've not had any issues, yet they still reached out to let me know who they are and how to contact them. I'm super impressed!

Every machine has it's own personality but once you figure out it's quirks this is an amazing machine, this is coming from someone who doesn't even know how to use a sewing machine and I am loving the Poolin Embroidery machine. Not to mention there is a facebook group dedicated to this machine and the admin are also the makers of the machine simply fantastic answering all questions and even helping some with a walk through of how to do everything. Outstanding.

I went with this machine because of the price and the hoop size. It’s nearly impossible to get an embroidery machine with this hoop size at this price. I received the machine and an email and message through Amazon on my rep who would help me if I have issues. I bought it to do end to end quilting and had no issues with two practice pieces. Seems to be a great smooth running machine.

This is a junk machine. When in use it comes apart from base and the embroidery hoop gets caught in it

Fantastic machine which comes with some basic designs all ready to stitch out. Embroidery thread and some stabiliser also included. What is best is the after service and support given by the Poolin team, they are fantastic.There are many videos by Poolin on how to use the machine.The handling by the delivery service could have been better as my needle was bent (some spares included) and some panels were loose. The machine worked and the team helped me check my machine.They have also helped me upgrade it, giving clear instructions on a video how to do it.

The price point and large hoop size drew me in. Comparable with the big named brands were $800 to $1000 more. I watched videos and read the reviews and thought I would give it a chance. The machine is arrived super fast and literally took 10 minutes max from open to embroidering. I looked up and followed the Facebook videos for tutorials. I was immediately contacted by Kevin Xu with offers of help and support. As I went from project to project I was struggling with garbled stitching and nesting. Especially with satin stitches or when the stitching went over an area more than once. I contacted Kevin back and he helped me with videos and and chats back and forth. He was avaliable almost instant any time I messaged. I actually wondered if he ever slept. As he examined my machine over videos, he noticed that there was a clip on rhe housing that was broke throwing my tension off. He organized a machine exchange immediately no questions asked. The new machine was sent out with the request that once I received it to then send my current machine. To me that showed rgey were very trustworthy by extending trust to me. Due to the Christmas holiday it took 10 days to get my new machine. I was provided tracking numbers to watch the status. The machine was actually shipped within a 48 hour window from the invitation of the exchange. Kevin kept in touch checking in while I waited and then verified that I received it. He also had ne send pictures and videos to make sure the new machine was functioning well. I then had an option to drop the old machine at fedex or have them pick it up at my house. This new machine is absolutely amazing and the quality of the embroidery is outstanding. It is very user friendly. The customer service was way beyond my expectations. I hope as they grow bigger they keep that up because it really sets them apart. If you in question about buying this machine just do it! It's worth it!

I was on the verge of returning this machine due to the out-of-the-box tension issues (and I was mistaken that it was a used machine; but the saved designs already on the machine are from company testing).However, after posting the issue in the Facebook group, I worked with the customer support person Luke, who instructed me on how to correct the tension, and now the machine runs beautifully!I am pretty hands on so I expect the normal troubleshooting aspect related to sewing/embroidery machines.I also have the EOC05 that I’m in love with and now I’m completely satisfied with this 06 model too. It is much faster than the 05 and is also fun/easy to use!Lastly, for noise, it is louder and I am on the 2nd floor. Therefore, I will look into a rubber shock proof mat for under my desk to help cut down the noise and vibrations for my neighbors below.

The machine is fast and creates wonderful products! My auto threader broke, but the company followed up with my to see if everything was working properly. When I told them what happened, they confirmed the part I needed and are sending it out right away so I can get the auto threader fixed and I will be back on the way to quick color changes! Overall, it's a great machine for the price!
