Ho acquistato la mia macchinala ricamo solo da qualche giorno ma ne sono già entusiasta. Avviarla, anche se sono una neofita è stato piuttosto semplice e i primi ricami realizzati sono stati accurati e molto precisi sotto l'aspetto qualitativo. La macchina è robusta e poco, comodissimo anche l'ampio display touch che consente di predisporre la lavorazione in maniera ottimale. Degna di nota anche la ricca dotazione fornita insieme alla macchina: dagli accessori ai materiali quali stabilizzatori e fili da ricamo in poliestere, il tutto consente di mettersi da subito all'opera senza la necessità di acquistare altro. Punto di forza è senza alcun dubbio anche il customer service: consiglio di iscriversi al gruppo ufficiale Facebook poiché risolvere ogni tipologia di problematica risulta semplice e immediato. Risposte celeri, accurate e un supporto ottimale sono il fiore all'occhiello del brand che nulla ha da invidiare a marchi maggiormente conosciuti nel settore e spesso sopravvalutati. Ne consiglio l'acquisto anche e soprattutto a chi vuole approcciarsi al ricamo a macchina ma desidera comunque un prodotto di ottimo livello ad un prezzo competitivo.

I really liked the embroidery machine, it's beautiful and high, quality. The threads that came with it are also great, both in appearance and quality. But what really stood out was the post-sales support. Mr. Kevin Xu has been assisting me every step of the way, teaching me how to use the machine and helping me fix any mistakes I make. I've been learning a lot from him!

Woo! This machine is amazing! I love it! For sure I will for sure buy an EOC06 or another EOC05 when I get the chance.So far, the machine comes with everything you need to start embroidering. I have had a few technical issues, but they have been very easy to resolve.The after-sales service has also been amazing. They have contacted me to let me know that they can help me with whatever I need.I will keep playing with my new toy and will let you know when I have new good things to say about the machine :)

I recently purchased the Poolin Embroidery Machine, and I must say, I am extremely impressed. As someone new to embroidery, I was a bit hesitant at first, but this machine has been a game-changer.The setup was straightforward, and the machine runs smoothly with clear instructions. I’ve used it for a variety of projects, from simple designs to more intricate patterns, and the results are consistently high-quality. This is my first embroidery machine. I had always wanted one but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Poolin has made an affordable one and I am grateful. It comes with everything you need to get started and is already threaded! I was able to stitch a few things from the start to familiarize myself with it. Unfortunately, I soon encountered an error message that was not in the manual and was unable to fix it. After contacting support, I was surprised and amazed at the way my problem was handled, especially since it was a 12-hour time difference. Luke Ren was very helpful, sending me pictures and videos, and emails with files, constantly in touch, until the problem was resolved. I'm back to embroidering and have found many you tube videos with tutorials that will be helpful as I progress with my projects and designs.

I’m new to embroidery but decided on this because I’ve watched so many videos on how easy it was to use. I’m glad I made the right decision it’s been a breeze to work with and the support I’ve received from the technicians has been amazing! 10/10 I would recommend this for anyone even if you’ve never tried to embroider it’s so easy right out of the box !

Like any new machine it takes a but if a learning curve. For example, I embroidered like 8 different things before I realized I’d had it thread wrong. This of course caused it to continuously jam the bobbin, but that was merely user error and easy to fix. That being said, I purchased this hoping to make sweaters for my friends, and it is performing incredibly! It’s not much bigger than my regular sewing machine, which is nice. It’s super easy to thread and change the bobbin (once you follow the instructions correctly haha) and the bobbin filling is a breeze! It’s also really great that I can just set it to go, and read a book while it works.I will say one thing I wasn’t expecting was the need to purchase digitizing software to input my own designs. This took some researching to find one that would work. Inkscape and inkstitch are free and can be downloaded on both Mac and pc. You need both to just directly convert a photo. You will also need a file converter to make the image into an SVG file. I ended up using a program called embroideryware which is only available for PC, and takes a huge learning curve, but gives you a lot of control with your design and is the most affordable option I could find costing roughly $120. It also has great training videos in it that will help you understand how to use the software.Anyways, TLDR: machine is great, need digitizing software for importing your own designs.

I’m a quilter and wanted to be able to personalize a quilt or create custom labels without breaking the bank. Being new to embroidery, I watched/read a lot of reviews before deciding to give the EOC05 a try. Not only was the price right, I liked that it came with everything you would need to get started immediately. As with anything there is a learning curve but thanks to the excellent customer service, I’m embroidering away. I have realized that if I want to really customize my designs I will eventually need a digitizing software but that’s true of every embroidery machine. So in summary… won’t break the bank, has everything you need to get started, excellent customer service, stitching looks good and the machine works great so far!
