What an amazing product. What an amazing care team. Now imagine if all companies tested their customers this way. Within seconds I get the help I need cell REN and his team. I am blown away and will only return to this company. Money well spent. It’s intimidating but so easy once you get a hang of it. And it’s super super fast. It’s a big machine so it feels like you can do any project, big or small. Very easy for beginners.

The BAi Mirror Embroidery Machine has been a fantastic addition to my production setup.The 20x14” embroidery area gives me plenty of space for custom logos and large back designs, and the 15-needle setup makes color changes seamless. At 1200 stitches per minute, this machine keeps up with my business's demand, helping me fulfill orders efficiently. The stitch quality is crisp and professional, which is critical for the high standards my customers expect.The machine itself is sturdy and well-built, and I appreciate the user-friendly touchscreen and easy-to-use software. Setup was straightforward, and it has been running smoothly with minimal issues.I’m now looking to expand production and would love to see the 2-head version back in stock. Having two heads running simultaneously would increase my output and help me fulfill bulk orders faster. Hoping BAi brings it back soon because I’m ready to invest in another machine!For any small business in embroidery, this is a great investment—high quality, fast, and reliable. Definitely recommend!

Man ist am Anfang doch schwer am überlegen, ob man mit der Maschine das richtige kauft. Immerhin ist der Preis gegenüber den "bekannten" Marken schon wirklich ein Highlight!Aber was sollen wir sagen, wir sind sowas von zufrieden mit dem Kauf, der Maschine und mit dem wirklich überragendem Support von Bai! Ein besonderer Dank geht an Luke, der uns wirklich immer helfen konnte! Von der Lieferung bis zum ersten Einrichten und den ersten Stick wurde uns immer geholfen, man kann fast sagen, zu jeder Tageszeit ist einer erreichbar! Was noch wirklich toll ist, das wir immer gefragt werden, ob es Probleme gibt und ob Hilfe benötigt wird. Das gibt es bei uns in Deutschland wirklich nicht, man erinnere sich an die unzähligen Warteschleifen und Call Center, was mittlerweile echt Nerven kostet.Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage per Spedition. Die Bai Stickmaschine kommt absolut sicher verpackt an. Durch die unzähligen Support Videos ist das Auspacken und Aufstellen wirklich einfach. Sehr erstaunt waren wir noch über das ganze Zubehör, welches mit dabei ist. Alleine die vielen Stickrahmen und die Rahmen für Caps kosten bei anderen Herstellern nochmals viel mehr als 1000 Euro.Bis zum ersten Stick sind noch Einstellungen zu machen, Stickgarne einrichten und ein paar kleine Einstellungen an der Maschine zu erledigen, aber auch hier gab es immer fachliche Unterstützung von Luke! Als Stick Neuling braucht man sicherlich einen längeren Lernprozess, aber das wir schon mehrere Stickmaschinen im Gebrauch haben, ging dieses richtig flott und die Ergebnisse sind super und stehen anderen Herstellern ins keinster Weise hinterher.Wir haben die Maschine jetzt knappe zwei Monate in Gebrauch und die Bai arbeitet täglich, die Wartung ist einfach und auch hier wieder durch Support und Videos super einfach! Wenn es Probleme gibt, reicht eine WhatsApp Nachricht und die Hilfe kommt super schnell! Wir sind super zufrieden und können hier nur eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen!

I ordered this machine in 2023. It took a little patience and lots of reading in the manual to get used to it but once we got the hang of it I will never go back to another machine again. I had other embroidery machines before but this one is by far the best. I had one little piece brake on it and I contacted them and they were willing to help me with anything I needed they have the best customer service. They were willing to stay up till past 2am to help me fix it I never had better service than I've had with them. I was able to fix the machine and have not had any problems since then. I'm so impressed with the machine that i just bought another one. I have a small store where I do custom embroidery and I get compliments all the time about the embroidery. I would recommend BAI embroidery machines over any other embroidery machine. I absolutely love these machines and the customer service.

Great quality machine - it’s a workhorse. The stitch quality is great, the accuracy is great. No problem taking in any .dst files from my Hatch software.The things you have to accept - the manual isn’t helpful because the English translation is too off, the YouTube videos are good but IMO not enough of them, but the customer service is excellent and 1x1 and super responsive and you can send videos and they will tell you exactly what to do. That works fine for me as a night owl so it corresponds well to morning in China, but for daytime users you might have to wait for a response.I’m a hobbyist so for me to spend the money on the German machines didn’t make sense. I have been super happy with my purchase and the pros far outweigh the cons and I really feel this is a good value for the money.My advice is really dedicate time to learning how to use and adjust it. Investing the time to do so will pay off in the long run and save on frustration.

I love this machine. I use it every day and the only problems I've had with it have been user error when I was first learning how to use it. The oiling and maintenance are easy to do and there are lots of videos if you need help learning to do anything with the machine. I will probably be buying a second one soon

I purchased this machine with no prior knowledge to embroidery. The support team has been super helpful throughout the whole process! I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a commercial embroidery machine.

Where to start ... I purchased my first single needle embroidery machine to get the feel of it ... 9 months later, the BAI was born to me !! I could not be happier with this machine. 15 needles - easy to learn - easy to operate and best of all ... Chris Zhong ... my BAI tech ... is AMAZING !! I have a crochet business in which I often embroidery logos / eyes / faces / etc for and this is the machine for me.Yes - it's heavier than ever, weighing in at 250 lbs or so but with 2 strong men it'll be in your room in no time. Delivery was fantastic - right to my door - free shipping with Prime and arrived faster than scheduled. SO HAPPY WITH THE MACHINE AND CHRIS !!

We have been selling custom apparel for several years now and have always contracted out embroidery because the equipment was just out of our budget with all the other equipment we have and maintain. The BAi Mirror 1501 15 needle machine was at such a great pricepoint we took some money out of an investment and purchased one.A little intimidating at first, but after watching the BAi videos on youtube and learning basics, it was easy to get started. There were a few minor adjustments that needed to be made and some software that needed upgrading as well as a slew of questions about adding hoops, tension settings, and more.Chris the person at BAi that has been helping me with those questions and settings, has been great! He is very responsive and is very knowledgable about the machine and its settings.We will most certainly be purchasing the next level up multiple head system from BAi as we expand our business into the wholesale embroidery arena.Don't hesitate to purchase, the support is there, the training is there, and the machine is overall very easy to setup and use. It is also VERY HEAVY, eat your Wheaties before you uncrate it!
