No me gustó que no entregaran factura habiendo hecho cargos de importación. Al proveedor no le importó comunicarse. Poca información del producto. El modelo SE9180No se encuentra disponible para registro en el sitio web de Singer. No me respetaron la promoción del software.

IN THEORY! it’s a great machine! All bells and whistles, user friendly, and a fantastic big screen easy to modify and adjust your design, the little time it works you get wonderful results! but you are up for whole new world of trouble! Each time you want to sew something you have to spend hours trying to fix the tension the bobbin case is badly designed it doesn’t catch the thread properly and the top thread always pulling up even when dialled to zero! And it’s up to you to figure it out DIY ways to tighten the bobbin thread! Contacted singer customer service they are of absolute no help! Contacted the seller their reply was at best dissatisfactory. So sad and disappointing being an owner of singer Quantum I expected this to be as good but it’s far from it.

Item arrived and I was so excited. Could not get it connected to the internet because there was no”=“ sign on the screen for my password which was weird. They it would not cut the lower stitch n bc like it is supposed to. I have a 9960 and love the cutting stitch feature. So with both of that I sent it back and purchased just and embroidery machine.

Es muy práctica, es ideal para trabajos sencillos y de media dificultad, silenciosa, bonita estéticamente, suninterfase a través de wifi le da una ventaja sobre otras máquinas que se requiere forzosamente mandar cada diseño a través de USB, en cambio está revibe a ravez de la nube o directamente de la computadora a la máquina a través del wifi

I purchased this machine looking to get into embroidery as a fun craft. This machine I thought would be a good place to start because it's a Singer and it had some pretty interesting features with it. I couldn't have been more wrong this machine was an absolute nightmare. I worked with it for weeks trying to figure out how to make it work reliably to no avail. Now I have it a fair chance I was using embroidery thread, needles and proper weight Bobin thread. I also experimented with several different types of stabilizers. This machine was constantly breaking threads, breaking needles, creating massive tangles under the bobin plate. On several occasions during a re-threading after a thread break or resetting the bobin the machine would start to continue the project but it would jump alignment, and continue the stitch pattern in the wrong locations. Furthermore Singer ship's this complexe new machine with absolutely no user manual so you don't even have something to reference when you have problems. And Singer was absolutely no help whatsoever I tried on multiple occasions to contact Singers customer service for help. They even have an option to download user manuals on their website however when you enter the machines model number to get the manual it says no files exist for this product. I got so fed up one night trying to stitch a simple word on a towel after four failed attempts I wanted to throw the machine out in the backyard. It was at that point I decided to try to send it back for a refund thankfully Amazon helped me with this. Since then I have purchased a Brother SE630 embroidery machine it was half the price of this Singer although with less embroidery patterns and features. It works amazingly I have been successful with all sorts of embroidery projects this machine just works I haven't had any of the problems I had with the SE9180. Do Not Buy this Singer it's expensive junk!

I gave it a 2 star because this was the second machine that I ordered and also had to return because of a defective product. I always worked with Singer machines and even made my wedding dress with one. It would be a good product if they worked a little harder on the technology inside the machine.

Purchased this for myself for christmas. I love it! The only con is that Singer doesn't make bigger hoops for it. It sews beautifully and the 3 months of free sewnet is a bonus!

The quality and functionality of this Singer machine provide a great value! I really love the big touch screen! It's easy to read and use. There are so many sewing and embroidery options available, too. I have used the trial version of the mySewnet library, and I've found tons of designs and it has given me a bunch of new ideas. I'm enjoying it and will subscribe to it. I've been sewing a long time and have almost always purchased Singer machines. This 9180 has been great, and I've done so many embroidery projects since I got it!
