I love the larger ice and storage areas. Makes ice super fast. Noise level is really low. Love the smaller scoop which makes it easier to use for water bottles.I just have a few recommendations to make this even better. 1. Option to change time from military time 2. For the app - be able to have and start time and a shut off time and not just a # of hours to turn off.Otherwise, I love this ice maker and so did all my friends the other night.

This ice maker is a bit pricey but it does one thing and it does that thing well, making ice. The amount of ice it makes is very good for the time, it functions just as described and keeps ice cold, but I do have a few complaints, one would be the scooper, it is very cheap I would recommend getting a nicer one, second the ice machine can be a bit noisy sometimes and third, the instructions said to clean the machine with household bleach and water, well after we followed the instructions the TDS flew way over 200 it was like 378 we quickly contacted support all for them to tell us we werenโt supposed to use bleach but instead use ice machine cleaner, this was extremely misleading and is the reason why we are returning it, the ice has a weird taste to it now and I believe itโs because of the bleach, buyer beware.

The Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker IM-NS451B is the best ice maker I have owned! We have had a big need for quite awhile for a solid counter top ice maker and Ecozy has delivered surpassing my expectations! I donโt leave many reviews unless i truly believe in the product and this machine carries through on its promise to quickly make nugget ice and itโs so easy! The app is incredible and self explanatory, the timing functions, self cleaning, light and other extras make it seem like an appliance def for 2025! The compact style fits well not taking much space at all! The clean lines of the machine physically with its well lit and graphic dashboard adds its appeal in a way that leave other makers as just blah. The ultimate test is will is quickly make ice and a lot of itโฆyes! The quality of ice is superb and it runs so quietly. If youโre looking for an ice maker - this is a no-brainer!

This is hands down the best countertop ice maker Iโve owned, I love that it has a light ๐คฉ the pullout feature makes it really easy and convenient to remove ice, it keeps it frozen for longer than others ive owned. The smart app control is always an exciting feature of any appliance but the touch screen gives it the ultimate sleek, modern look. 10/10!

Have had 2 previous versions of this ice machine, and by far this is the best one yet.Love the light on it so I can see how much ice has been made. The tray that pulls out to add water is so much easier then filling the machine. The bucket comes out so much easier in order to dump the ice (into my ice maker on my fridge). Keeps ice cold for hours so if you leave the house you don't have to worry about it melting and restarting again.No longer have to move the ice around the bucket in order to make more, it fills the bucket completely.Worth every dime!!!!
