Ice machine has been running for a little over an hour and has only made about 20 pieces of nugget ice then it shuts off and says ice is full. It’s not even a quarter of the way full. Will be sending back

I bought a countertop ice maker when my ice maker in the refrigerator stopped working. After $300.00 to fix it, it still doesn’t work. So that’s when I decided to buy a countertop ice maker. Works great, my starts making ice in eight minutes and every 8 minutes I can hear the ice drop. I put the ice in a plastic bag to put in the freezer. After it has frozen, I then put the ice in the container for the ice maker in the fridge and use the in the door ice selection, it works great. I would buy this countertop ice maker again.

Works like it's supposed to. I like how I can switch between the 2 cube sizes. I'm still trying to figure out how the self cleaning works on it.. The directions didn't help me much on that, but I'm sure once I figure out it will be even better.
