Perfect little size ! It makes ice so quickly too ! I purchased this to keep at work for me and the crew ! Love there is option for 2 sizes of ice as well ! Great quality too !

This is a great backup machine to an icemaker. It has controls for size of ice small or large, if the ice bin is full and if the water level is low. The only thing it did not have was AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL. I watched the Amazon reviewers videos and found the ONE woman who explained where to pour the water into the machine as it is different than other machines and what the features were and how to access them. The ice cubes are hollow bullets so they will not last long but they help out. To the Manufacturer: add an instruction manual eh?

I bought one of these for myself after seeing how great it worked for my mom as a Christmas gift. I kept in a ventilated area, always unplugged it after use, always used filtered water, and then for some reason it kept saying to add water. The water was filled to the max line and it wouldn’t make ice. I tried getting it to self clean but it wouldn’t because it didn’t sense the water. I cleaned the water line and it still doesn’t work. I’m very dissatisfied that it broke after one month of minimal use. If I could have returned it I would have.

It makes ice super fast! It’s a little loud while making ice but was easy for me to get put together and get started.

All my other ice makers were "perpetual ice making machines". This one is not. I'm used to machines where there is always ice in the bucket in various stages of melt, but it was there. This one? Not so much. Ice forms until the ice tray is full, then it stops, the ice melts, AND IT WAITS UNTIL YOU TELL IT TO START AGAIN! No "constant" ice making. You need to babysit this machine to keep it making ice. About an hour before you know you will need ice, you need to push the button to tell it to start making ice so it will be ready when you need it. Next time, I'm going back to the more expensive models.

Ice production is surprisingly fast 🙏. Can be big and heavy so plan accordingly. Looks good on top of a small fridge. Great durability and build quality ❤️.

I was worried that this ice maker wouldn’t be any good because the price was so low. But it fit my space requirements so I thought I’d try it. Well it is well worth the price! It is a real workhorse and easy to set up and use. It will keep the ice frozen while plugged in but they advise against it, so I just make enough for a small container in my freezer and that lasts me a day or two.I definitely recommend it is you have a small space.

Like others have said it makes 9 bullets every 7 ish minutes, very quiet, and works quickly. However, it does not keep the ice cold so it will run semi constantly as the ice melts. I turn mine off at bedtime and when I leave for work but other than that it does a great job. I'll keep it because it meets my needs but it's just a point to note.
