I was a little hesitant on buying this icemaker. I had always had a bullet icemaker and was worried that this sonic ice would melt too fast. Boy was I wrong. I am so happy I bought this icemaker. The ice taste good and lasts all day in my thermal cup. Only down side is that it is louder than the other icemakers I have bought in the past. I can over look the noise because how fast it can make ice is amazing. Very happy with my purchase and am thinking about buying one for my daughter and her family. She is always coming over to my home to fill her huge thermal cup with ice. Her icemaker cant keep up with the families need for ice.

We bought this ice maker to replace one we had bought a few years ago (different product) that finally failed. A few pros for this machine. It’s quieter than the first one we had. The ice is made quickly. It’s a nice looking machine, and the light inside the unit is a nice looking feature. Some cons. The ice bin for storing the newly made ice is small. If I fill up my yeti mug with ice it empties about 2/3 of the bin. The water storage for new ice production is small also. This likely has to due with the small ice storage capacity. The previous machine we had provided larger ice storage and could fill more glasses/cups. The ice melts quickly in the bin and solidifies into a chunk that has to be broken apart to then use. All in all, I like the machine but I wish it had a larger storage capacity.

This unit makes good nugget ice and works quickly, and I appreciate the fact that there are two different ways to fill it. The first unit I ordered started making a loud noise while operating (similar to many other reviews) and since I was just past the 30 day return window, I contacted Euhomy customer service to see about a warranty claim. They responded very quickly and asked for a video of the issue and provided some tips to correct the issue myself. Unfortunately, none of those tips worked, so they sent out a brand-new machine which is working fine (so far). They followed up about 3 weeks later to ask if the new machine was working properly. That's what I call great customer service! I recommend this machine (and this company) if you like nugget ice.

I’ve been using the Euhomy Nugget Ice Maker for over a year now, and it has been one of the best investments I’ve made in recent years. It works perfectly and consistently produces great nugget ice that I now prefer over the regular ice from my fridge. I don’t even use my fridge’s ice maker anymore!The machine is surprisingly easy to clean and maintain, which makes it even more convenient for everyday use. It’s reliable, efficient, and has never given me any issues since I started using it.If you’re a fan of nugget ice and want a hassle-free solution, I highly recommend this product. It’s well worth the investment!

I wanted nugget ice without having to run to Sonic a few times a month, (who’s ice started tasting suspiciously more and more like they used water from the local public pool) but did NOT want to spend a fortune on a name brand ice maker that had iffy reviews.I took a chance on this one and have used it for a few months now. It makes ice quickly and the ice is BETTER than Sonic. I used my own personal double filtered water. I let the machine run (it is pretty darn quiet) and I just bag and freeze the ice. I HIGHLY suggest bagging and freezing before dumping in an ice tray in your freezer, as it will need to be “refrozen” and broken up (I slam the bag on the counter after freezing and it breaks up perfectly). I can run the machine for the day and it makes enough for me to store about 2-3 weeks worth. I drain and dry the machine until next use. It is WONDERFULLY worth every penny!

Will get really noisy if the water level drops giving an audible on it is about to run dry. We use distilled water to help keep it clean. And no, not really like cube ice, more like chunk, but that is nit picking. It's ice for crying out loud.
