I think it works just fine! It's not too noisy, aside from when the ice drops in the bucket.The amount of ice produced is just enough for everyone to enjoy a full cup of ice each.The ice is also produced quickly! You'll have a full basket in no time. :)I'm satisfied for sure!

I love that it will keep making ice. It really works well. I sometimes just keep making ice and storing in freezer. It's relatively quiet, and sturdy and easy to store.

This machine was one I’d the breast purchases in 2024, I eat ice all day everyday (apparently that’s common with low iron deficiency) it produces well, durable, no issues with leakage, capacity is as expected for the size and money! It’s quite only hear when I’ve is demoed in the basket!My only complaint is the ability to clean the tray that holds the water to freeze ice on prongs, (see pic-tray that is directly behind prongs) it is self cleaning and while it does clean in guts, prongs and flush lines the tray does not get cleaned in self cleaning mode and it’s very difficult to get things in it to clean it well!!If not for that one issue it would have got a 5 star 🌟 rating but that is a potential health hazard as I didn’t notice until I just happened to be watching it and when I’d tilted sideways I caught a glimpse of what looked like brown residue and upon a closer look it was disgustingly nasty and I had been eating ice from it for who knows how long it was like that!?!?I didn’t get sick, and now I figured out how to clean it using small bendable pipe cleaners, same for the little hole in bottom that pulls the water up to the top, you will need to find something like the pipe cleaners or small and bendable with a soft-med brush on it to clean those two things that the self cleaning does not do!

I was spending too much time runnings downstairs just for ice. This little machine is perfect. I use bottled water, fill to the line, press the button and in ~20 minutes my ice cup is full. The noise is more than a reasonably quiet while making ice. Very clean and easy. I don’t use much at once, but the basket holds extra ice for extra uses. Well made with handy accessories.

This thing is amazing! It is just as described. I looked at so many reviews of this and other ones. The common complaint was the ice freezes into one big hunk. It started that way for me. It holds way more water than ice it makes off of it. You need to empty the ice out of it every few cycles. keep in mind this is NOT a freezer really. Makes a ton of ice and quickly. Altho it does produce cold air as a by product of the ice making, it doesnt make it to keep the ice frozen. The ice does get dumped with "water" on the outside of the ice from the way it is made. I found the work around of the big block of ice was to first put the bin full of ice in a bowl and once fully "dry/frozen" put it in you big ice bin breaking apart anything that froze together. I use alot of ice and made dang near a weeks worth in a day. Also it is pretty quiet just a hum like a desk top computer fan running.

We love this thing. It makes a batch of ice in about 10 min or less. A batch is 10-ish bullet shaped cubes of ice. The ice is on the softer side, but not quite as satisfying as nugget ice. It fills up the small basket and you can store in the freezer pretty well if you want. If you don't use it or store it, it just slowly melts and then refreezes more ice. It does make some constant noise - like a soft fan, and then you hear the ice fall after each batch is made. I don't find it an issue at all. Overall it's a good little machine.

This ice maker works well and I kept in on consistently for the last few months. HOWEVER, it is a complete pain to clean. Bacteria builds up in the little crevices of the machine. That scary pink stuff!!I am constantly on the look out for it. I only fill it with clean filtered water and I wash the scoop every night in the dishwasher. I’m not mechanically inclined so I don’t want to risk unscrewing things to clean so it takes me approx 20 mins every week to clean it so that I don’t get sick. I know there has got to be a better way. I wish I could give this machine 5 starts because it works well but not being able to clean it and worrying about contamination is a big problem for me.
