Finally had to replace old dial style timers as they were not keeping good time anymore. I bought a whole lot of these. They all work just great. So easy to work. A 70 year-old could work them. Very pleased.

The first time I ordered this item, I had to return them because one of the displays was black and could not reset. I requested to have the item replaced and after using only one of them (gave the other to someone), the clock does not keep the proper time. This results in my tree lights coming on at one time, and the tree topper comes on whenever the set time hits, which is wrong and very delayed. As you can see in the picture I’ve provided, the times are completely off when comparing the two devices. The one on top is the one I ordered from Amazon and the other is one I purchased elsewhere about 8 years ago which keeps the correct time. Terrible item and it will be returned for a refund.

I love this type of timer. It’s so user friendly because it’s easy to set on and off which is all I want. I don’t want all that programmable button pushing which requires reading the instructions each time. This timer is so simple, just push the on and off button with the time and you’re done. And these timers last for a long time too. Great value for the money.

These timers are very poorly designed and they definitely do not pass quality control after manufacturing. There is a slim chance that they will work. I ordered a pack of 2 timers. Both of them were defective and did not function at all. Charging did not work and screen stayed dim. I would not recommend timers made by DEWENWILS. Find another reputable manufacturer.

I bought this to automatically turn Xmas lights on and off. It worked fine for two months. Put it away for the next 10 months. Plugged it in just now and the display doesn’t work. UPDATE: The support people sent me a replacement item after we tried troubleshooting it. They are good people who stand behind their product.

Pretty simple to use and does what I expect it to do, except the one that doesn't work. One has never worked and the other works fine. Disappointing. I guess I will have to return them.2/11/23 As an update to the above, the seller reached out quite quickly with suggestions to resolve the timer not working. When that did not work, they refunded the broken one. I am satisfied with that and am adding one star to my updated review.

I have only had these Dewenwils digital outlet timers for less than a week, but I am very pleased with them so far. They both work well and were easy to set up – note that the am/pm designation shows ‘pm’ on the ‘pm’ hours and blank on the ‘am’ hours. Some reviewers complained that their timers gained minutes over time so I unplugged one of the timers for 5 minutes so that it would run off the battery. It maintained the correct time, but I will update this review if there is a change. That would be a deal breaker for me. They only work for a single polarized input plug and cover only one outlet on a duplex wall outlet face plate. Because they are 3 ½” wide, they will not work on a combo duplex wall outlet with a toggle light switch.
