This ladder is kind of heavy and arrived with key rivets missing.

Very difficult to get one that isn't scraped, cracked, and damaged. Had to return two of them.. I give up..

I've used this ladder once, and the head at the top broke off. The top is made of plastic, and is attached to the ladder, at each side. The plastic that connects the top piece with the ladder is quite thin. The top part has a notch that is meant to fit a corner. But seeing how easy that top piece can break off, I question how safe that is.I am torn between exchanging this ladder for same, purchasing a different one, or keeping it but removing what is left of the top piece and finding some end caps. Other than the top piece the ladder appears to be well built. I got the 28 ft one, and it is a bit heavy for one person to operate. Two persons is definitely easier. I only had the ladder about 24 ft high, and felt study enough. The ladder did not feel like it was going to break in half.If it wasn't for the top piece breaking off, I'd probably give this ladder 4 stars.

5 star for its quality, well made, solid and firm when you stand on it.but it is too heavy for me. I am not a musle guy, it is not for family use!I used it for 5 times and then, it seems will seat in my garage forever. it nearly brand new, what a sad storyto me, its a bit useless, to somebody else, maybe very good ladder. so, if you need it, and near by Cary, NC, 27519, feel free to contact me, I can sale it for half price. thank you.

This is a great ladder, but it is heavy, you definitely need two people to maneuver it around. But the ladder itself is well constructed.

Sturdy, safe, secure, and exactly as described. Everything one could want in a ladder. It is heavy...I would recommend it be handled by two people. The weight is in the product description, so no surprise there.

The ladder is much heavier than I anticipated. I live where the ground is not level and balancing the ladder to get the extension up is difficult due mostly to my age and terraine. The ladder also came with the fiberglass broken in spots. Didn't bother to return as that would be a major hassle since it took weeks to receive it.

This is a great fiberglass extension ladder! It is not an aluminum extension ladder and is probably a little heavier than most would expect; however, it is rated for 300 lbs of working weight to include the tools that one would utilize from the ladder. The ladder arrived without a scratch, made by/for DeWalt (I think by Louisville Ladder), and will serve me well. The ladder, amazingly enough, was shipped from Phoenix to Nashville and arrived without a scratch. The top tray is a great asset for me as an licensed electrician and is certainly easy to pick out of a group of other ladders when used near other tradesmen. It was a great buy and a great choice. Thank you Amazon!
