Product arrived damaged and there is no easy way to return or replace. I have to repackage and haul it in to replace it. Pain in the A**.

I was disappointed in the quality of the product. After receiving I returned the product because it was very poorly packaged for shipping, and the item had a crack in the wood frame and bent arm. I reordered a ladder from Louisville and it is much higher quality for the same price.

This went up quickly. Works well and looks very nice. I had to adjust it a bit because it was racked and wouldn’t close propperly. But, after a few adjustments, it works perfectly. I am a big man and this stair holds up to me and an armload of junk.Highly recommend.

There is no way to safely get this ladder up and down! Badly made. The folds are difficult to handle…and the door does not close …leaves a gap as someone else wrote..

When we opened the box and pulled out the ladder it broke and we received NO hardware. We were able to fix it because my husband and contractor knew what to do. We had to find screws and washers and metal to put it back together. Disappointed!

After following instructions on how to install this stairway, when closing stairway door does not shut all the way it stays open about 2 inches. I called the company asked for assistance on how to correct this problem and they were no help.
