This Louisville Ladder 20 feet fiberglass extension ladder has a 300 lbs. load capacity, rated ANSI IA Type. This extension ladder is great for working on electrical, utility, light construction and residential jobs. It features D shaped rungs that are fully serrated for a slip resistant surface. Includes two extra heavy-duty slide guides to prevent over extending the extension ladder. Equipped with the MAXLOCK rung lock, engineered to be the strongest, toughest, lightest rung lock ever made for extension ladders. This extension ladder also includes the patented QuickLatch system that provides a simple, intuitive method of securing the ladder when extended. Features “V” shaped ProTop that allows to lean the extension ladder into corners, walls and poles, while protecting surfaces with its integrated bumper.

The pro top has a corner grip, ideal for work on corners or poles; integrated bumper to protect landing surface and greater stability. The pro top wider design affords 100% more contact area on flat landing surfaces; work tray keeps tools close at hand. It is great for working on electrical, utility, light construction and residential jobs. It features D shaped rungs that are fully serrated for a slip resistant surface. It also has two extra heavy duty slide guides at the top of the base section combined with a stop on the fly section to prevent over extending the ladder. The heavy duty plated steel shoe with thick rubber treads makes this ladder safe and easy to use. Nice ladder , but not a good delivery system they just wrap it in 1 layer of cardboard no foam or barrier and bad delivery and box had some major damage and the ladder has a lot of dings and scrapes. Dissapointed

This is the safest I have ever felt on an extension ladder. The incorporated tool holder on the top rung is extremely convenient. But, its “V” shaped design helps the ladder rest securely against almost any irregular surface—brilliant design.

As far as the delivery, confusing at times to say the least. We understand with multiple people involved logistics can be a problem at times. Just glad to have received it and it's as good or better than anticipated. Very solid. The brand speaks for itself. Really happy with the pro top and glad I selected this model. Will come in very handy.

Louisville makes great ladders - no surprise there - but the tool platform at the top of this ladder is a brilliant design. It makes the ladder much more stable in many circumstances and having a place to put tools at the top of the ladder is WONDERFUL. I had trouble finding someone who could actually supply the ladder - you might want to contact the vendor first and make sure that the REALLY have them in stock (it turned out that 3 out of the 4 vendors I ordered from did NOT actually have the ladders and ended up canceling the order after 2-3 weeks) - but in the end , it was definitely worth the wait and the hassle!

I bought this to replace an old aluminum ladder. This is so much more sturdy and love that about it. It is heavy so you do need 2 people and it can be a bit of struggle to wrestle it, but knew that when I ordered it and with the height it was more important to feel stable when up in the air using it. Was great to have it delivered right to the house.

I like the ladder. Works well, well built. It did arrive with some minor damage. The bottom rung is dented. No real functional problem. Just seems like it was a scratch and dent sale item. It could have happened in shipping too. But still, overall happy with the purchase.
