This ladder is hard to use. Don't buy! Costs $100 to ship back if you don't like it!!

This ladder isn't very easy to use. Nearly broke my fingers off trying to telescope it all back down. It's kind of tricky. Not a good ladder for me. Maybe with practice it will get easier.

The ladder woobles, even with the stablilizer bar attached. Not worth risking a fall. I requested a refund. They require I pay for shipping, which is $75, I paid $124. Looks like I got ripped off and looks like I am the owner of a crappy ladder. They did make the offer of a $22 payment to me if I kept the ladder - certainly not a company I even want to do business with again.
