Didn’t work on my 2024 Kia Sportage. Plugged everything in and got error messages on the dash and no power to the unit.

I bought it for my 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 limited with digital rearview mirror. It seems to be working fine the only problem is the cables that came with it are VERY short! I was able to fit the main adapter unit inside the cover behind mirror but the rj11 cable is too short and doesn't reach to my radar detector although it is installed very close to mirror. I wish they included a at least a 1 feet cables for those 12v outputs. The UB-A cables are very easy to find everywhere in different lengths but a longer cable for that proprietary 3.5mm to rj11 is not easy to find. I may buy and extension or just cut the cable in half and attach a longer cables in between the connectors. I'll update my review and add pictures later.

It fitted perfectly, I installed it in a 2022 Elantra and a 2024 Kona, it was just plug and connect my dash cam and worked immediately. Good quality and the price was fair when you compare the amount of work would it take to run a cable to the fuse box, this item simplified the installation to about 20 minutes for the front dashcam, and probably an additional 15-20 for the rear one. My dashcam was a VIOFO front and rear, and my front camera had a connector to install the rear one, so I just had to ran the cable.

There is no way to contact the seller or file a warranty on one of these when they stop working. Buyer beware. Everything is automated and just goes in a circle.

Unfortunately, it doesn't fit my Kia Sportage 2024 Hybrid. When I plugged it in, the car showed me a brake error, and the adapter didn't turn on.

I purchased this product on a recommendation via a Reddit user who purchased this for a Hyundai Tucson. When I received the order the connection that goes into the lane assist seemed to be faulty as no power would go to the dash cam and the vehicle was throwing all sorts of errors. Following up with the user on Reddit he also mentioned he had the same issue and had to contact support for a replacement part. I did the same and was shipped a replacement part immediately. I do not think I can give this product 5 stars though as having to wait an extra week and a half should not be a norm. Again they have great customer service but they should really get some quality control done. The USB C cable that this came with may also have been faulty as the dash cam continued to shut down when I first tried the replacement cable. After switching to my own USB C cable the camera stayed on.
