The photo shows the line capacities of the Daiwa Lochmor fly reels as specified in the insert that came with my reel. My reel is a Lochmor 200A with a Scientific Anglers Aircel WF4F line. The rod is a Maxcatch Extreme 8' 6" 4wt, in case you are curious (great rod, btw). The reel was a little noisier than i like so i put a small amount of reel grease on the pawls and gear hoping to mellow the sound a bit. It worked great. The spool on this reel doesn't rattle side to side at all. It's tight and works really good. The maxcatch reels are a pretty good newcomer but the OG Daiwa still holds it's own up against those more modern styled reels.

After doing significant research on available click pawl reels costing less than $100, I selected the Daiwa Lochmor 200A. It is a well designed and engineered vintage style click pawl reel costing less than $50. If you enjoy the simplicity and sound of an excellent click pawl reel, buy it. Great work Daiwa!

Simple double pawl click drag reel, retrieve is convertible for R/L. On a 4wt rod it's basically just a line holder, nothing fancy but has classic looks and incoming/outgoing click that's louder on outgoing. Backing capacity is 75 yards 20# with a WF-4wt line. Looks good and is put together well with tight tolerances; doubt you could go wrong with this for under $40.00. This review is for "size 5.1" which is actually the the Lochmor 200-A reel that weighs 5.1 ounces.

The reel is tiny, I would only use it for 3wt or smallerThe quality is decent, but has no drag. Just click and paw.Good click paw reel, decent quality, honestly only worth maybe $35

This is a ok fly reel for the money. The drag system is cheap but it is left or right hand adjustable.
