I have had flat feet for over 30 years now, and this is BY FAR the best solution for those times you do not want or can wear orthotics for the support!I put them on once showered and relaxed at home, needing nothing more for support with these, and they are so comfortable I sleep with them on and keep them on until I intil I get dressed the next day...some days closer to noon and I forget to take them off!Not sure how well they will hold up, but if they start to stretch out... I will just put them over socks!I just love them and will be buying a couple more! Very Very worth the try!

I’ll spare you all of the theatrics and will cut to the chase; these work wonders! I had what I believe was plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I have worn this in my shoe and it’s not uncomfortable and alleviates the pain at the same time. I also used it around the house barefoot or with my slippers. I haven’t had to use it in months, but when I do it does the trick. Go ahead and purchase, it won’t disappoint. 😉

These have really helped support my arch. I live in Hawaii and you don’t wear shoes in the house. But now that I have these it really supports my arch and my feet don’t get as tired with bare feet. I also use them with my shoes. They are great!Only thing is the seam is coming apart, but maybe it’s because I’m wearing them out! LOL

It felt weird at first, after 15 mins it was okay. After my first outing of about an hour of grocery shopping with them, I felt a better balance in my step, and didn't experience leg cramps afterwards. You can tell you are wearing but they help in the long run. I tried to work an 8 hr shift in them but removed them after 4 hours. I started to walk with a limp. I still recommend and wear them for an hour or so outings, and enjoy them.

I found these to be somewhat uncomfortable on two counts. First, they are a bit difficult to put on because they are single elastic bands and must be slipped over the foot, rather than the type with Velcro straps. Second, while the gel arch support does, in fact, provide support, it is a bit too firm to be truly comfortable. If you require very firm support, these may be for you, but I require something with a little thinner with a little more give.

This is my first time to try a copper arch support and it’s been very helpful so far. I recently feel the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and I need to wear orthotics in all my shoes. But the problem is orthotics do not fit in all of my shoes and I cannot wear that them with open sandals. So when I saw this I read all the reviews and I thought I will give it a try. It is very easy to put on and it fits nicely when I’m wearing sandals or shoes. I tested it, walk for half an hour and I did not feel any pain. I’m happy with this purchase.

Achey feet. If you suffer from foot problems you know what works for one may not work for others. That is the problem with these. They are very tight. I have used this type of product in the past and never had an issue with the fit. But these are tight .. The hurt the top of my foot as well as put too much pressure on the bottom. I will keep them and use them on days when I am resting and icing my feet.

I do like the arch support, it is very high. However, the gel arch pads do not stay in place. I want to note that I use these with my crocs (slip on shoes) or barefoot and have not tried them within an actual shoe. Perhaps within a confined shoe space the gel pads would stay in place, but for me they seem to stay for a few minutes before sliding to the side until I am not walking on the gel pads anymore. I cannot think of a way that this could be fixed except to only wear them with tight, narrow shoes so they cant slip sideways. Overall, a good arch support if you can get them to stay in place.
