These arch support insoles are self-adhesive, which makes them easy to use on my different shoes. They came with 6 pairs and 3 different colors to match most basic shoe colors. They are easy to fit, place, or reposition & do not leave a sticky residue if repositioned, awesome! All you have to do is peel off the protective film and press it onto the shoe sole. Also, these arch pads are reusable. Simply wash with lukewarm water and air dry. These pads gently support & relieve the arch of my foot. I felt comfortable & helped the pain lessen in my feet.

These shoe inserts come as a set of 6 pairs. Each pair is sealed separately.The tan pairs are a very thick suede texture.The black pairs are a more fine-grain suede texture. And, the clear pairs are a smooth texture.The sticky pad holds well and is washable and reusable on other shoes, but there are enough pairs that I would probably just keep these in one pair of shoes.You can place the pads wherever it feels most comfortable

The gel arch support cushion comes in a sufficient supply of 6 in different colors which is great for working weeks that the user can swapping the cushion every single day. The most useful feature I found is the different color of each pair that can easily distinguish to avoid repeat use in consecutive days. Cleaning is easy with soap. They are very helpful for the reduction of foot tiredness with long daily walking distance

I like the colors, clear, black & tan of these stick-on Foot Ease Pro Arch supports. I like the clear for sandals & dressy shoes! Just peel them off & keep moving them till they hit your arch just right. At first, they didn't seem to be sticking very well but once I had them in the right spot & walked around, they stuck well. I am in the process of putting sets in the shoes I wear the most and my winter boots, and house shoes. I have very flat feet with pronation, so wearing arch support is a must. I put a white foam foot insole over the arch supports for more comfort. Be aware you may have to reposition them several times to get the right feel for Your feet. I would recommend these arch supports!

With their adaptable and dependable support for my flat feet, these insoles have become a necessary component of my everyday regimen. They are breathable, which is great because it keeps my feet from being hot or unpleasant when I'm moving. Their reusability and ease of cleaning are two of their best qualities. They retain their adhesive qualities and can be reused after a brief washing.

Once you have decided where the gel inserts should go, just peel off the protective film and press it onto shoe sole. Also these arch pads are reusable. Simply wash with lukewarm water and let dry. These pads gently support and relieve the arch of my foot. I felt comfortable and straighten.

My daughter has flat feet and we're trying to fit inserts for her shoes. She's super sensitive to textures and "feels" so we've had a bit of a struggle in finding something that doesn't bother her too much. I found these and they're working really well.The sticky side is strong enough to hold the support in place, but it's not so strong that you can reposition the support if needed. It also doesn't leave a sticky residue. Nice.I subtracted a couple of starts because we didn't receive all 12 pairs. The box they arrived in was a little wonky and not perfectly sealed. I'm guessing a few of the pairs fell out when they were being packed up. We received nine pairs instead of the 12...I'm okay with it.

These insoles really help me and my planters foot a lot! I am so so happy with the fact that I can wear my heels with ease and comfort now because of these insoles! The cushioning on these is SO nice and supportive, I was shocked! I found it super easy to use them as well! All I had to do was wash my shoe, peel off the film on the insole, press the insole into my shoe, and that was all! The really stayed in place well and for a while too! As someone who walks a lot and is also a fast walker these stayed in place with ease and never budged! I love how breathable the fabric is too making it super comfortable to wear these on long periods!
