I have torn meniscus in both knees and walk for an hour a day on the beach. The pain was often severe -- both knee and calf muscle cramps.Since using these inserts, no substantial problems.If I read this review before I tried them, I probably wouldn't have believed it, but if you look at my reviews, most are negative and I offer this just in case it might help you.

Why spend 2-3x the money for the expensive insoles? I've tried many brands for many years, and these work as well as the Superfeet and others.

Looked like the solution out of the package but they made my shoe so tight I couldn’t get my foot inside.Sadly I returned for a refund.

These were recommended by a podiatrist after several very expensive attempts at custom orthotic insoles. They have made it possible to walk without pain. I started with the medium arch for a few months and was able to wear them all day no problem. Now I’ve graduated too the high arch.

Firm support with a moderate arch and heels are cupped for stability. I’ve been having severe heel pain bilaterally and these have been a life saver! They reduced my pain significantly !! 10/10
