I have planter fasciitis which requires arch support. These slip around in foot ware and is not ideal for when you are walking or standing. However, they are best used in the evening or night when you are sitting. The band around the arch applies pressure to the arch point on the foot and helps with restless foot syndrome.

The design of these supports is good, in that they do stay in place better than ones without ankle straps. However, I found the arch pads to be uncomfortably hard and could not wear them for a long period of time. Kind of a waste of money for me.

These arch supports are really comfortable to wear. Even the velcro parts, which stick really well, aren't scratchy feeling. And the heel strap does a great job keeping the arch supports in place. It's great to have two different sizes of gel pads.Some more instructions being included in the package would be nice though.

Right out of the box, the adjustable design caught my attention. This is the first time I have tried this type of arch support. They work surprisingly well. They come with a small and a medium size gel arch support. They are very comfortable. Everything is held together with velcro, and hooked under your foot and around the back of your ankle. I can wear mine in shoes without any issues. Sometimes my feet need this extra support, especially for shoes that I like but that aren’t that supportive (slippers, etc.). They help with my plantar fasciitis. So glad I found these supports—they work great for me. Hope they work for you too!
