Honestly these are not made for regular shoes. I feel like these only work for flats or heels. I hate that I have to wash them every now and then to get the dirt off the sticky side in order for them to stay in my shoes.

I bought to add more support to a slide and I am happy with the result.I can no longer wear flats or slides with no arch support and this product provided the support I need.Great price and they are well made.

I was skeptical, but these are so comfortable! I can now wear the cute flats and sandals that have no support . I have severe plantar fasciitis and these don’t bother my feet at all. The adhesive is strong and they haven’t slipped at all even wearing them for hours in the heat. I will definitely buy again.

At first, these felt like a golf ball under my flat footed arches. Supremely uncomfortable but after wearing, they seemed ok - I ended putting them underneath the orthotic which helped. I do like the cork and the price was good.

I purchased a pair of Tieks. They are beautiful, well-made, expensive shoes with zero arch support. That's what they're created to be like. Great for some people, I suppose. I need arch support. I was worried I wouldn't be able to use these shoes I had finally saved up and purchased! I saw these gel arch supports and was skeptical. I didn't want too much, but I also knew I needed something. These are perfect! They add just a little support where you need it the most. They feel soft to the touch. Best of all, the adhesive stays where it's supposed to, but can also be removed if you desire. (On Tieks, when you remove it, the adhesive does leave a discoloration, but it doesn't leave any residue. Thought I'd mention it because some people resell Tieks.) I am very happy with my purchase and will buy more to put in other shoes.

Placed these in a pair of shoes that was generally comfortable to wear but has no arch support at all. These insoles made a great difference and the pain I had from having no support is gone. Do note that the suggested lifespan is only 2 months though.

I am very impressed with this product. I would usually look to another popular brand for my shoe issues. This is exactly what I was looking for and that no one else made. I have two new pairs of new shoes that needed a little bit of right sizing. I have high arches and not a very fatty foot. The adhesive on these is so good, high quality. I had to remove the placement and re-position about 5 times to get it just right. Not easy to do when you are working with a womens bootie and cant see well inside. The adhesive will allow you to remove the insert with no damage and the adhesive stays super strong with every new placement. The padding on the insert is gel-like and thick. The padding doesn't collapse when you stand. In both shoes, the insert is not visible.

These are great for arch support. I have medium arches and most shoes do not have adequate support. I was buying insole inserts but was tired of trying to find shoes I like that I can wear them with. These adhesive arch supports solve that problem as I'm no longer replacing the entire insole and they provide adequate support.My only issue is the adhesion doesn't last long. I have had mine in my shoes for about a month and they're starting to come loose when I remove my foot. I still give it four stars for adhesion due to the fact that I wear these shoes every day and in the last thirty days I've walked 118 miles, so about 4 miles a day. Some days I walk almost ten miles, so with the amount of stress (and likely foot sweat) I put on these I'm not that surprised I need to replace them. Worth the cost for the convenience and comfort.I will be purchasing more and using them in my dress shoes.

***UPDATE 10/29/19: The seller never sent the replacement product. Although I am happy with the supports I used I am not happy the defective one was not replaced. ***These supports are great for my high arches. One pair went into a pair of sandals and are practically invisible. A second pair went into walking shoes which kept me walking for hours on vacation. I had an issues with the adhesive on one of the black ones oozing out and getting on my sock, but contacted the seller and they promptly offered to replace it. I will definitely buy these again and suggest to friends with similar issues.
